I'm not ashamed to say I suffer from mild clinical depression, and have been on meds for many years.



Although the meds do work and have worked wonders with my life, I still from time to time have bouts of intense sadness for no particular reason.



Today is one of those days....I need to focus on my homework and my daughter this afternoon. Focusing on the work to be done usually lifts the dark veil. With the medication, the mood will pass. Before meds, I was sad for days on end.....



Here's to a better day ahead!!!!!!!

Just think about shooting a particular someone in the privatel area, and that they fall on president bush and some how he ends up with bush in his mouth... LOL!



Ok so that s a lil over the top, but hey it makes me happy and not depressed at all!

All I can say about this is.....UGH!!! The female body growing older absolutely sucks!!!



The cramps are unbearable - thank God for Midol! LOL I've been waking up covered in sweat from the hot flashes. I become quite psychotic the week of my cycle to the point that if you look at me the wrong way I will cry.....very hard!



This is like going through adolesence in reverse! *sigh* Only a few days during the month are this bad. It's almost over for me now.....till the next cycle!

Honey if I looked as half as good as you do at your age, I would not be fretting over no mid life crisis. I would be happy that I still look this good, and am getting some ya know what I am saying love!



BTW thank you for bringing me medicine. That stuff really worked on me, because I am all chipper, and mostly better. I had to take care of things yesterday. However I am still somewhat yucky. Hope you are having a fantastic week my VR mommy. Hug my Rachel, and I love you both, and hopefully I won't be such a grump to hang out soon. Have a good rest of the week at work!
