I will never understand why some bosses think it's a good idea to make their employees absolutely hate them. The place I work is certainly no exception to that. The workers for the most part are leaving to go elsewhere while the managers continue to blame everyone else for the problems around the place. On top of a dwindling number of people working they have decided it's a good idea not to hire anyone else as others leave so those that are left are given higher and higher expectations while still being treated like crap. Case in point, an employee was pulled into the office 2 days ago simply for going to the bathroom because one particular manager has nothing better to do than be potty patrol. Keep in mind with all of this going on not one single manager in the entire store can run the department which they have decided not to hire anyone else for.
