the salvation for which you sacrifice yourself
flares once, then dies, devoured by your obsession
all hope must sicken and die.
your passion throbs no more. how could you do this?
shadows surround us, crying, save us from ourselves.

Around, all around, the dark memories gather.
My dread grows as the Dark One's touch falls against my
heart. It severs me, and darkly my
essence drips to the barren land.
In pain I fall limply
while nothingness surrounds me
Now alone, my fervent plea falls upon dead eyes.

It is a night of dark desire, a song of ethereal pain,
Wolves vent their loneliness,
The eternal one rises.
Mist shrouds her gaunt form,
an eternal desire. Her
raven hair cascades over pale and delicate
shoulders, and her full blood red lips part slightly,
to taste the vitae streaming from the weakened flesh
beneath her. Now a night of ecstasy, I remember her.

I can't feel anything,
don't know if I really want to.
I can feel the darkness surrounding me,
embracing me like an old friend.
I can't stand its touch anymore,

The voices laugh and mock,
and tears run down my cheeks.
They tell me I am weak and worthless,

Their voices are shrill and harsh,
cutting me deep inside my soul.

but the darkness and the dread.

It is the moon and stars,
with the warm embrace of a lover.
Lighting up the unrelenting darkness,
the darkness shivering around me.

The ones in my head scream in fear.

that warm feeling spreading like wildfire.

and damn if those voices don't latch onto it.
Our burning bright lights start to fade,

falling into that deep unrelenting pit.
I can feel the cold embrace replacing the warmth,
can hear the shrill voices laughing.
I'm so much deeper than before,
and I find myself giving in.

and I let the tears flow.

and I let out a scream.
I want to reach out and call for you,
but I find myself turning away.

I cannot shine up there,
not among the stars and moon.

not dull your bright light.
I cannot bring myself to be selfish,
even though you're all I want.

Your arms slide around me,
you have found me in all the darkness.
The tears flow as you tell me it's okay,
I cannot find any strength to resist you.
You pull me back up among the stars and moon,
and swear to me you will do it again and again.

Many things wash past our view if they observe,madness ensue. Many things to cloud the eye and all those things thy glorify. For down below our thoughts act on belief. What is man without another? For the Gods curse us as brothers. What beast we are, in human flesh. We bind our souls and minds, mesh with simple things we cannot see. Love & Hate,these things the key. To a lock,pulled far from view. If they should look,let madness ensue. For eyes of clouded vision, all they see is what is enclosed within their clouded visions.
