Newest Foster Kids. Found in a box outside a donut shop in the middle of the night, -9 degrees outside last night. They arrived at my place via police escort at 2 am... we got them warmed up and we rowed em in line on the couth with Mr Froggy our Stuffed animal good will ambassador for pups we keep for the little ones.... this morning this is how they still where... They are in decent health, 2 of the pups had slight case of worms, they been dewormed... they will stay with me and my Roomy till they stop nursing.. then they go to Forever homes. I just do not understand how people can be so cruel... if they were not found by morning the vet said they would have died.
Look at the mom how thin she is, obviously who ever dumped them did not feed her much and with her nursing all those pups too... she is a amazing mom, if one of the pups even just whimpers she rushes over to it.
T.T their little faces! It's nice to see that people still care about animals like that. I hope karma finds the person who did that. I would adopt one of the little guys if I was not so far away.
Wow what an amazing thing you do, I just can't even begin to comprehend how anyone can be so cruel, lucky for them there are people like you in the world :)

Thank you all who sent positive energy to our lady of the house, Honeycomb. Today when she had to do her business she WALKED out on her own, did her business, and then walked back inside with no help. However, once inside she lays back down on MY blanket I have loaned her looks up at me to tuck her back in.... I think when she goes to her Forever Home she plans to take my blanket with her. I have told her she can.
Last night we got a new temp member to our home. This little guy got lost in the snow but he has a chip and the owners have been notified. Only problem is there snowed in and can not get to pick him up for a few days. They were in town before this last storm hit, his owner left the door open to run in to a store to pick up ice melt. By the time they came out Jasper had ventured away. These chips are great. All pet owners should consider having them put in. he was shivering last night so I made him a little house igloo for him. It is so funny. He comes out to eat then goes back in. I think he is kind of scared:
Me and my roomy are Foster Parents to 4 leg brothers and sister who are found. We take care of them till Forever family can be found. Few days ago our newest foster child brought to us was Honeycomb. She is a lovely lady that was found roamaning the town. Hungry, cold and full of worms. There taken to a vet first then to foster family's. Honey was so full of worms they even had to give her blood. The vet always feels unless they need a IV there better off with people who have been trained in how to care for them and can give them the affection and attention then to lay in cage... so she was brought to us barely able to walk and barely able to eat. She was given an IV and hydrated, given medications and lots of other good stuff though a IV. This lady had pups before and may have been used for breeding then when she could not have any more litters like most there either killed or dumped some where. I have bedding in the living room and every 2 hours we give her liquids and special dog food, we hand feed her. She is doing better but she can use all the positive energy anyone can sent her way. She wrapped up in one of my blankets with a heating pad on low on her belly. You can see scars on her legs where she been beaten before. But she is still beautiful. So, please send all the positive energy her way that you can....
She is such a good lady too. She will whimper when she needs to go outside. My roomy and me will help her out to do her business... thank goodness we are two strong guys. If she makes it she will make a great addition to some loving home.
CONSIDER IT DONE DAKOTA, I WILL PRAY FOR HER AND SEND HER HEALING PROTECTION AND COMOFORT. I WILL DO FINACIAL BLESSINGS FOR YOU SO THAT YOU CAN GET HRE EVERYTHING SHE NEEDS. Poor little baby, she's distressed about her puppies, I can feel the sadness in her. Did they tell you how long ago she had her litter? Do you have any stuffed animals laying around the house? Maybe it would help if she had something soft and puppy-like to hold on to.
She will make it, though. It'll take time, but these things always do.
They did not know Purple how long it had been, her milk was dried up but the vet said she most likely was dumped after the last batch of pups she had were weaned. She IS doing better. She is still very shakey when she walks and still lays a lot but she lifts her head up now looking for us. I think she knows she is safe now.
Bless you all and I truly feel you guys sending her good vibes is part of reason she is doing better. So pat yourself on the back.

I was going post each one here but I got so many which blew me away... over 18 cards. Thank you to all my friends for them. Sometimes people tell me they have no friends here... I tell them to make friends you got to be friendly. And that is so true in life and here... you will get what you put out. I try to always be friendly to people here and it has paid off. I have some amazing friends from here.

Some of you know I have 3 horses. They were all saved from the dog food factory, literally. The apartments I live in there is a barn and pasture behind. Main reason I moved here is I could keep my horses right out back.
Many of my neighbors have horses in back too. A few of you I have told about one of my horses.... Buddy Joker. Trust me he earned his name. He is a real joker. I keep the fed in the laundry room because it has a back door that leads to the Barn. Plus no little mice get into the bag inside the house. So, I go to the barn and get the pail I had left out there. Buddy knows it is dinner time. I leave the door to his stall open and head inside to fill up the pail. As I am back in my apartment I hear a knock at the front door. It is UPS, deliver for the roomy... sign for it, take the package put it on the table.. go back to the laundry room... and who is there... INSIDE THE HOUSE but Buddy Joker... this horse has no patience at all. So yeah I had a horse in my house today.... Note the bag of horse fed sitting on the dryer and the distance from his mouth:

I posted this in our coven forums in the WTF thread we have....This happened to me at Starbucks yesterday morning. It still blows my mind every time I re-play it in my mind.
Funny thing about people they are so quick to comment or judge, I don't understand the haters…
I was asked this question at Starbucks this morning, and if you check my pictures in my profile it is pretty clear I am Native…
This man and woman noticed me and asked if I was Native Indian, my first response being the smart ass I am, I said no; 'I’m Irish…'
They looked at one another confused and lost looks on their faces, "Irish" they said, all rude… Then I said I am bullshitting with you… So they asked me again are you Native Indian, I replied 'Native to what? When our people shared this land with only the animals.' Now, this must of took the cake, they really looked pissed… So I replied, 'How is it we are labeled "American Indian", or "Native Indians" when our footsteps of our past is what our ancestors shared with no other bloodlines other than the animals that walked with four legs, or flew in the skies and swam in the water, how is it our indigenous origins became seconded to any other but the Indian heritages we came from without the mixed blood like of today's people.'
The guy looked at the woman and then to me and "said" 'Well maybe you should go home; where you belong,' I said 'Sure thing I will. I’ll be over tonight to camp in your back yard, for this land cannot be owned, and was taken from the origin caretakers of my family…' They walked away pissed I walked away trying to understand people…
This also got me thinking; what should Indians call white people, Asians, Mexicans, Blacks or any other race; I think of everyone as people; people of the human race, mankind…
Some people just seem to be unintelligent. Love what you said to them, if it pissed them off it means they know you're right, but won't admit it to themselves.
Like you said, they should have known just by looking at you, so the question was stupid.
Sort of like me getting "What are you mixed with?" Really? Especially - when coming from other black people? Who should know our history in the US, and know better.

Yes I agree with having and meeting soulmates of a non romantic kind. they feel like family though they aren't through blood but there they are non the less :)
Indeedy i think you are correct. I have two female friends i have known since i was little or in teens. They know me very well and no we are not romantic linked. But i know when one of them is down as do they.
I totally agree. A soul mate can deffently be a friend. I use to work with two girls that were as you say. They were inseparable shared everything and could tell they were very close in emotion and other such things.
