It's because most of them are told that men like it. White t shirts in the rain with no bra, mini skirts with no underwear, impossibly high heels... These are all things that we've grown up thinking that men like because men tell us so. I don't wear any of that crap. I can stand it. But that doesn't mean I wouldn't try it out if my man wanted me to. Why? Because he may think it looks good. So I agree with the others. It's all the mens' fault. Blame them.

I'd be more concerned with skidding around in ice and snow in those heels....concussions ain't my thang in that kind of weather- and freezing my ass off just so a man will ogle me? Not so much. But I live in Canada, where at the first sign of dropping temperatures, MOST people are securely wrapped from head to toe...

Speaking for many men.. yes we do like it, however, we are even more attracted to a woman who knows enough to dress appropriately for the situation.
Like watching the woman who wears high heels and a tight skirt to an airport performing a sort of, short-stride chicken waddle to rush to catch a flight.
She might look great standing still, but at that moment, she looks completely retarded.
