My baby is growing up to fast! She has been going on for weeks about how all her friends have been losing their teeth and when will she.....



Well today I picked her up from school and the first thing she says to me is ..."Mommy I have a loose tooth" Well shes been saying that and never are they loose... its just her desire to lose a tooth because of everyone elses tooth loss... So we get stopped and I go to see and sure enough..... there it was a loose tooth.... but oh wait..... not one but TWO! Both her little bottom front teeth are loose!



She is so excited! I however am so sad. lol. Shes nearly six now and it seems like yesterday she was coming home from the hospital! School is almost finished which means Ill have to endure another first day of school in August which I dread because I cry every year! I thought for sure since she went to pre k, kindergarten would be fine.... well it was...... for her... not so much for me... I did.. I cried like a baby! I bet I do it again on the first day of first grade.... and all these thoughts have come about because of two loose teeth!



She keeps wigging it and asking me when its going to come out and despite me telling her it could take at least a week (one is a good bit looser then the other) she is just determined this thing is going to fall out in a matter of a day.....



I think she just wants to capture the tooth fairy because she loves fairies so much! lol.... and well the money that's in it... she loves money.....



Anyone know what the tooth fairies rate is now a day? When I lost teeth it was like fifty cents... I'm sure with time that has gone up.... suggestions are welcome, preferably before the tooth falls out. lol.

lol, I used to leave Lacy 4 quarters per tooth. She liked quarters.

Yep, they grow up so fast indeed.

I agree that children grow up way too fast. They go from infant to young adult in nearly a blink of an eye... I was just lamenting on that fact myself a week or so ago, because my baby girl just had an orientation for middle school... *SIGH*

We need to come up with a stop serum so that they stay that way just a little longer.
