You are a superstar at math, and a star in bio and agriculture. You should be very proud of these achievements.

I wouldn't be so upset about not getting three months off for summer, I mean, look at what it does for your grades...... American students would LOVE to see grades like that. Not to say some don't, because SOME do, but did you know India had more Honor students in 2008, than the states had students?

Also, if only the teachers here wouldn't Be so political in their grading and stop playing their favored students games, things would be easier also. I personally feel that some teachers within the U.S. school systems have just as many hands in on the problems that our school systems have, as the lack of whatever it is that's got our school systems almost failing. Like to many of our students.



Plus most people I've talked to, wouldn't mind doing school scheduling differently. It is a big discussion issue here. The way we have it is kinda stressful. Having to be out of school for 3 months isn't really to our students advantage. They like it, but its not beneficial. They just don't see that, lol. They're still learning. Its the kind of thing u don't get when sunk in school life. But since your an outsider to all the chaos, I'm sure you understand what I'm trying to say. :-)



A lot of our school used to have 8 different classes through out the day, none over an hour long. Now some schools are only doing 4 classes a day. Each an hour and a half. They call it block scheduling. It dumb.

Not all of America gets 3 months off for summer either. Some do have all year round schedules with different shorter breaks throughout. I know of one school in my city that goes to school Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and they're off Tuesdays, Thursdays, and the weekends, BUT, they go all year round.



None of this was meant to offend you so let me apologize now if I have. I'm am sorry. That was not my intentions at all. This was simply meant to inform you. And start some new thoughts, lol. :-) Well, I'm flat out like a lizard drinkin.
