Build as much power as you want when saying this spell, but be fair warned: When you get it to work it does tend to drain energy proportionate to what you put into it.



Say the words and point to the location (in the sky) you want during a storm. With practice you should be able to use the spell by thinking it and looking at your desired spot.



This spell generates lightning from a point that you choose, or close to it if you are learning to control it. I have only been able to get it to work during a storm, but can control where the starting point is.



If you use small a amount of energy, this spell can be repeated as many times as you want.



2nd warning! Do not will the lightning to hit anything. It will strike and, most likely, the result will be very bad.



The one time I willed a random strike, it knocked out the phones in Tulsa Job Corp (where I was at the time) for 2 weeks.

Electra Liegton is a lesser spell and may be easier for beginners to work with.
