Yet none the wiser.
I don't know why- but I've never been a big birthday kind of person... take me to a movie, let me do whatever- that's all great.
Parties, cakes, bleh... No thanks- would rather have a time with just close friends chatting.
Spent yesterday shopping for dog food and toothpaste. Only thing I'd change is going to see the Corpse Bride... maybe this weekend.
Happy Birthday. Whoo-hoo!
Why is it, right before bed- folks think it's a good thing to have a melt down?
For the past two nights, exactly at the time I normally go to sleep I've had folks call/email with a problem that I CAN'T SOLVE before bed- and this, this gives me indigestion-little to no sleep- and means I get to problem solve when rest is all I desire.
I truly can't wait to stop scheduling... there is no excuse for this kind of BS. Sad thing is- once I go- this program is going to fall apart =( and I've worked very hard to make it as consistent as it's been. Too bad so sad.
Really folks are these such tough questions: Do you want to learn to row? y/n Can you afford the class? y/n What time works for you? 5:30am/7am/9:30am If first two are yes, show up at time you choose.... seems bloody simple to me....
Grrrrr...Time to go suck some more pillow before I wake up too much.
From an email:
How come when you mix water and flour together,
You get glue?
And
Then you add eggs
And
sugar...
and you get cake?
Where did the glue go?
NEED AN ANSWER?
You know darned well where it went!
That's what makes the cake
Stick to your BUTT
