Ran last night- 3.34 miles in 35 min.
Times are getting better, but dude- passing out after only to wake up WIDE awake at 1am sucked majorly esp since I didn't get back to sleep till 4:45am only to get up at 6:45 for the first day of rowing.

YAY it's almost fully rowing season!
So I haven't run yet this week, but I did my final night of yoga for the time being yesterday 60 min class and I felt it was a great way to end until I have the means to do more.
I've learned a lot about myself with the yoga this past 2 months, a lot of how and what I'm looking for in myself. There are so many mistakes I've made so many things I've put on hold to simply find that the answers have always been with me.
It's been a real journey seeing from not an outside perspective, but a change in perspective of how reactive I've been the past several years. Heidi mentioned in her journal the feeling new, and I get that but I would say for myself it's more of "ah that is where I am, why couldn't I simply do before?". Liberating is one word that comes to mind...
Yesterday 60 hot yoga *I did a toe stand!!!*
Tonight I will do 75 yin/yang yoga and potentially a run- but we'll see about the run. ;)
Last night 75 min hot yoga... got home and promptly was WIDE awake O.O
Good news is I had the new vampire books so I read one of them. Today I'm not so awake.
2.33 miles in 24.01 minutes.
Followed by 90 min hot yoga.
Bad move on my part was not eating in between the run and yoga. I simply didn't eat enough this am to sustain both workouts. Or I should say yoga after running requires that I eat before the yoga as I can eat before yoga. I don't think I've had problems before because with running after- I typically can't eat too close to a run without causing major indigestion.
Over all I feel like a limp noodle right now and I have a cod stirfry cooking Hmmmm just 15 more min till I eat! Until then hummus calleth :)

I'm surprised at how far my body has come in the past few months, I simply feel like the old me. Like I had been sleeping for almost a decade. Strange the sensations and memories...

Still feeling the gunk in my lungs, but over all much better than it has been. Run was fairly easy paced- ended early just because of how late I was getting to the gym. Now to beddybyeland.
Hopefully I am down to just another day or two of this bloody cough.

Much better today, still was sweating more water than I though my body held O.o Still the mucous is getting a little less, and the poses are increasing just a little each time.
I'm curious to see where I'm at, tomorrow I'm going to run and perhaps finish my day with yoga. Right now it is a beautiful day so I'm going to clean and just enjoy the weather!

Wow I feel like I just sweat out a lung... and coughed one up :P But now that I'm out of class I'm feeling tons better and am actually ready for nini time!

I was not able to do it all, but being in the heat definately helped remove the gunk from my breathing. Not going today as I woke with fever and dried phlegm in my chest.
Time for good old R&R to get back to 100% as tomorrow I have a talk and clients. Today is a full day, what do they say? No rest for the wicked.

Whew, been fighting a cold... not really fighting, but just at the point where I know if I push too much I will get sick. But it's been a great week so far! :)
Woke up this am and felt like poop.
Light jog 2.30 miles and 33:32min...
soon to be followed by 90 min hot yoga and early bed.
WOOO went to costco found cute jeans for $12.00 and the size 12 fit :D YAY! *sorry with my hips that is RARE... soo YAY*
