That is brutal, 1 hour sleep? I used to work on 4 hours sleep a night. now that i no longer have a job, I love to sleep as much as i want, when i want. I have never been this well rested. Still It is hard to sleep unless i am really exhausted like i used to be.

In My case, it isn't so much "ADD", but "ADHD" that I have to deal with. Pair that with irreversible insomnia, and depression that compliments the insomnia. I can't sleep at night, to save my Soul from eternal damnation.

I too deal with both depression and insomnia, also anxiety and might be ADD/HD, my son was recently diagnosed with ADD. seems totally natural to sleep in the day but night time, i am alert and unable to sleep. this can be a real issue when you work, lucky i'm disabled but still does get in the way of running errands and such which must be done during the day. I fee your pain wen it comes to not being able to sleep, for sure.
