2. After hearing a loud scream, you and the guests run to the study where you find Mr. Boddy's dead body. There is a large bust of Plato broken on the floor, leading you and the guests to believe that it was the murder weapon. Upon further inspection, you see that Mr. Boddy stumbled into the room, knocked over the bust, and fell to the floor. It was obvious that he was killed with a blunt object. Which of the following would least likely be the murder weapon?

rope

3. "Please help, doctor," Professor Plum says to you.

"Poor, helpless darling," Mrs. Peacock offers.

5. "Oh, great," someone says after Miss Scarlet ran out of the room.

non-fiction

fantasy

fiction

mystery

6. You all gather together and go to the lounge to come up with ideas of what to do next. You suggest that you call the police, but that idea gets some stern looks.

"You people are being a pain in the neck," you say, "we've got to do something."

"We're going to cover it up," says Mrs. White, "I'm not going down for something I didn't do." Everyone else seems hesitant, but you all seem to agree and don't voice objections. With everyone else there, you wouldn't want to be the one who opposes the idea. What is this type of behavior known as?

committee clause

isolation complex

groupthink

party delusion

7. After a couple hours of bickering in the lounge, a knock comes at the door. You open the door to a police officer, who walks in without pause. "I'm Detective Jack Horner, I got a call that there was a murder here."

"Yes, officer, right this way," you say.

The officer looks over the area and hangs his head.

10. "I have figured out who the killer is," you say.

"Who is it?" asks Detective Horner.

"Isn't it obvious?" you reply.

So... whodunit?

Top Ten Unsolved Murders:..

22:25 Jun 08 2013
Times Read: 604

Every year, there are a growing number of murder cases that remain unsolved. It might be because of the little or lack of information or evidence that is required to make an arrest. The lack of interest in the criminal case can also be a detriment to solving it and serving justice as quickly as possible.

However, there are some murder cases that gain much infamy and stay in the minds of the public for years. To this day, these cases continue to gain attention and raise an echoing outcry to pursue the investigation and bring the criminals to justice. Even regular people clamor to solve these murder mysteries.

Here are the top ten most popular unsolved murder cases in history:

10. Oscar Romero

Oscar Romero

Oscar Romero, Archbishop of El Salvador

Oscar Romero was a famous archbishop in San Salvador, El Salvador during the 70s and 80s. Archbishop Romero was very active in lobbying and advocating against human rights violation. He was also known to embrace a non-violent liberation stand and spoke on behalf of the poor, tortured and those who were victims of social injustice.

Unfortunately, his beliefs proved to be so strong that they cost him his life. On March 24, 1980, while Fr. Romero was celebrating Catholic Mass, he was shot right in the heart and died instantly.

According to some accounts, Romero was giving a homily about stopping government repression and violation of human rights. Right after his homily, a single gunshot was heard. The next thing that people remembered was his blood spilling over the altar.

Although it is still unproven to this day, many supporters of Fr. Romero believed that the assassins were from the Salvadorian death squad that included two graduates from the School of the Americas.

9. Olof Palme

The Swedish Prime Minister Olof Palme

Even men of power cannot escape death; such was the fate of Swedish Prime Minister Olof Palme.

There have been several speculations regarding the boy’s death and identity. Among the most probable theories is one that involves a foster home located about a mile away from the dump site.
