I woke up feeling out of sorts this morning, so I decided to listen to my favorite music.
I have often wondered why it is that music can so affect us. It can make us cry, laugh, feel loved, inspire us, make us want to dance and bring back memories both good and bad.
Just the right song can brighten our day or chase away the pain of a broken heart. I didn't even get through the entire playlist and I felt better mentally and emotionally.
While it is not always handy to plug in the earphones and listen to some awesome music for a bit, it is certainly less fattening than chocolate!
