I have just returned from climbing Helvelyn, a mountain which is found within the Lake District - England. Standing at 3000ft and 9.5 miles walk. I wanted to plant sunflower seeds in remembrance of my uncle who passes away. One of my fondest memories was of hill walking with him, through fields of sunflowers in the Lakes.
I have never climbed to that height before, but crossing along Striding Edge was a favourite route of his and i wanted to share this love.
