Went for my cycle. Not been training this week, been busy with other things.

I am normally 101% behind the British athletes in competition, but Im not interested in the games in Russia, due to their current issues. Happy GB is doing well though.

Started on my next book. The next in the series. Its girly...and very pink.

Well that's just cool.

Cycle day today, weather is a bit meh.

Feel the need to do some baking this week, if I could only get the icing the way that looks scrumiest, I think it is butter icing.

Ive decided to change my exercise routine for next couple of weeks, for abdominal areas.



Still not smoking, the initial withdrawal phase has passed :)
