you know that thought you get in your head and then the words just emedialty come out like a thought throw-up...yes i have learned that those sometimes can make u or break u..the ones that u think can hurt someone think to urself...and keep it to yourself but the ones with emotions attached sometimes they need to come out dont always keep things bottled up inside your head..our minds are just big books with many chapters and never ending till the day we pass.so remember our thoughts can be helpfull also can be hurtful so think about use your big book and write it down..
