Stating that things in this portion of my journal will be for my Raid experiences, first being in Kara with my guild Death From Above.
I was of course, second heaviest dps to the other hunter but was also playing crowd control and AOE damage.
So, we made this run last about 3 days.... THANK GOD FOR BLIZZARD SAVES XD
First day we got
-The Huntsman
-The Spider Boss (icky)
-the Waitor Boss
-The Curator
-The Maiden
-The Opera Event (Romeo and Juliet)
I have to say that this Opera event was probably the hardest to complete. With Romeo and Juliet you have to first kill Juliet, then Romeo, and then they both have to drop at the same time. Had to do this about 3 times before they dropped at the same time.
Second day was
-The Shade
-Netherspite
-Nightbane
-Murkblood
After the whole raid was done on the third day, I do have to say the hardest bosses in the instance are Netherspite and Nightbane. Netherspite is a netherwing dragon who has to have certain members of your party block certain beams in order to keep him from healing himself.
Nightbane is a bit different. He has two stages, one being flight and one being ground and he constantly switches between the two. The flight stage has a continuous barage of fire that summons skeletal warriors to attack you. ground stage has him flailing around and having dark patches of earth burnt where if you stand there a massive DOT buff hits you.
On the third day
-Chess Event
-The Prince
I do have to say on the last day, it possibly was the most fun since you get to play wizard's chess! Well, except this time it kicks far more ass, and Harry Potter could never taint this enjoyable raid mini-game. The Prince however, was just a dissapointment. If you just keep steady dps and watch out for enfeeble it will be easy and simple. Prince picture is on my profile.
