when do and don't i give 10 :
i usually always give a 10 unless
u have you profile dedicated to how much of a bitch u r
how u will not rate some one just because they asked you for a favor of returning the rate
if i know you personally or i message you and find that you r a nice person then i promise : ur journal is added and you are rated a 10 =)
when do i add journals :
i add if i find it had nice poems or helpful tips in VR or SOME THING interesting
if u prefer to bitch about someone bla bla bla bla bla then don't blame me if i
down rate you .

Regrading creeps
When i first came to this site i wondered why every one was putting up things like :
i dont cyber and stuff...
then i understood i had more than a few people (not in their right mind --pity)who asked me whether i wanted a online BDSM relationship.
