Betrayal is the worst of the worst. Especially when they're from relationships you think are over and done with. Even worse the residual relationships.... Just saying.....just venting. Tears of anger. Tears of humiliation.

I try not to be vindictive but I feel crap spells coming at me. If I give in completely there is no coming back.

So much to say it just becomes blockage. I absolutely hate not being able to find my words. For me it's like having a stroke. I empathize. Being stuck in my head sometimes is like something I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.
