The Masters
The Laws of Quantum Physics tell us that thoughts are
things and you can create your own reality. We can do this
because we live in an infinite ocean of thinking intelligent
energy called the Quantum Ocean, or the Mind of God.
There is no time in the Quantum Ocean no past, present nor
future only the NOW. Everything that ever was, is or will be
exists in the Quantum Ocean NOW!
The Quantum Ocean, Mind of God responds to our thoughts.
When we think about something long enough and hard
enough critical mass is reached. That thought 'blinks out" of
the un-manifested thinking energy of the Quantum Ocean,
Mind of God and nto your physical reality.
How long will this manifestation take? How long does it take
the first ice crystal to manifest on a lake of water? When it
reaches critical mass.
We have all kinds of information, like "The Secret," and
"What the Bleep" etc. that tell us how to be healthy, wealthy
and wise. We have information on success, goal setting,
motivation, Internet businesses etc. We have information on
how to heal ourselves with Bach Flower Remedies,
Homeopathic Remedies, Cell-Salts, Color, Reflexology etc.
The Age of Aquarius has given us the Internet as well as the
Laws of Quantum Physics. We have all the information we
need to create a better life. This is good.
But is that the reason for life on planet Earth? Is that why
we, as individual souls in the Quantum Ocean, Mind of God
"blink out" and "blink in" of the Quantum Ocean continuously?
Is there a higher purpose and goal than health, wealth and
happiness? The resounding answer is "YES!"
The Creator, God, Grand Architect of the Universe, the big "G"
allows man to see and know "All" that is in his mind. The
Quantum Ocean was created as the Matrix or playing field
where we individual Souls learn about the Mind of God. We do
it slowly by learning a little more with each new incarnation.
We are here on the planet Earth to become more God-like.
And the way we do it is to raise our level of consciousness
higher and higher.
We have all the rules we need for creating health, wealth and
happiness. Where are the rules and guiding principles for
raising our level of consciousness? They are there in the
Quantum Ocean, Mind of God. You just have to know where to
look for them. Look to the Masters.
What is a Master? A Master is a Soul in the Mind of God just
like you and I. A Soul that has "Blinked in" and "Blinked Out"
of the Quantum Ocean may times. A Soul that has learned
how to raise their level of consciousness so that they are
nearer the God-like state of perfection.
Some of them have reached that level of consciousness so
that they choose when and where they wish to "blink out"
onto the planet again. Some remain in the Quantum Ocean,
Mind of God awaiting to help who contact them. Some have
written books while in physical manifestation. Some taught
only orally. Some have just a few students, some have
crowds. Some have schools, temples, mountains and sacred
spaces.
They are all there waiting to help you, if you ask for help.
Yes by all means use the Laws of Quantum Physics, the
Quantum Ocean, Mind of God to create more health, wealth
and happiness in your life. But also seek out a master or
two within the Quantum Ocean, Mind of God to help you on
your journey to higher consciousness.
I will not tell you which ones to choose. Your Soul will guide
you and tell you. Surf the net. All you need to know about
who the masters are is there. Pick one or two. Print out
their image and use it in your morning meditation to make
contact.
They are waiting to help. It is their job, their destiny.

RUNES-ASATRU
Runes and Asatru Religion
Asatru is the original pre-christian religion of the
Northern European Peoples.
Asatru was followed by the Danes, Norwegians, Swedes,
Germans, Englishmen and Dutch. Some Irish, Scotts and
Welsh also.
Asatru expresses the religious heritage of the peoples of
Northern European descent as a whole.
The 9 Runic Virtues of Asatru (below) pretty much sum up
what the Asatru religion is all about.
Our ancestors believed in a number of gods and goddesses.
The 24 rune futhork is the one most commonly used by the
followers of Asatru.
There is no such thing as a 25th rune. The blank rune is a
farce.
I prefer the 18 Armanen runes.
Runes no matter which futhork you choose to use, are
Universal Creative Energies.
You can best use runes by making a connection to thier runic
energies in the Quantum Ocean and bringing them into
your life.
I prefer to use only one of the runic keywords of each of
the runes at any one time.
When I am doing Rune Meditation or doing Rune Yoga or
Rune Magick, Rune Breathing or making Bindrunes, I chose
one rune and one runic keyword to concentrate on.
But here are some more runic keywords you can use and
chose from.
These are the ones most frequently used by those following
Asatru.
The 9 Runic Virtues of Asatru are:
Rune URUZ ----- Strength is always preferred to
Weakness.
We are proud of our strength.
We follow strong gods.
Rune TYR ----- Being Courageous is far better than
being a Coward.
We face life's struggles with courage.
Rune WUNJO ----- Joyfullness over Guilt.
We take pleasure in being human.
There is no shame or guilt about our sexuality, our strength
or our greatness.
Rune SOWULO ----- Honor not Dishonor.
We act with nobility not baseness.
Our inner standards are high.
Rune ANSUZ ----- Freedon from Slavery.
We have no masters.
Rune KENAZ ----- Kinship is better than Alienation.
We are not isolated or lonley.
We have our folk, kith & kin and family.
Rune EIHWAZ Realistic not Dogmatic.
No blind faith.
Mystical but practical.
We live in this world not waiting for the next..
Rune MANNAZ ----- Vigor not Lifelessness.
We dare all we can be.
We are risk takers.
We are not sheep.
Rune OTHILA ----- Ancestry not Multi-culturalism.
Asatru is not a relgion for all.
We re connected to the Ancestral Soul of our ancestors
through Asatru.
Thank you,
Ragnar Storyteller
THE FRISIAN VIKINGS OF ATLANTIS
3000 BC
Let us correct some erroneous history. Our
Northern European ancestors were not
barbarians. As a matter of fact they were
highly civilized, traded with the world and
gave writing to the Greeks.
In 1600 BC a very brisk trade existed
between the Frisians (Northern Europeans)
and the Phoenicians, whom they called
“ Kadhhmar” or “Coast Dwellers.”
From there to Greece. Even the Greeks say
that their writing was not their own
invention. It was introduced to them by
Kadmus, the Phoenician. Who received it
from the Frisians.
Many of todays religious scholars believe
that our Northern European ancestors were
barbaric and had no written language of
their own. Wrong!
They say that the Greek alphabet is
connected with the Hebrew alphabet. Not
so!. The form of the Greek letters differs
greatly from the Hebrew Writing.
Where did the Greek alphabet come from?
From the Frisian people. The Aryan Frisian
people were great colonizers with great
fleets. They colonized India, interacted
with the Greeks and the other
Mediterranean peoples and with the
British Isles.
The Fris uses war prisoners to work the tin
mines in Southern Britain. They brought
with them on their colonization exclusions
a Teutonic legal and moral code called, the
TEX.
Atlantis which sunk under the waves about
2300BC was the home of the Frisians. They
were called Hyperborians by the Ancient
Greeks. This meant “people of the north
Wind, the Nordics who traded with them
for iron and amber.
There were many islands off the Frisian
coast that went under the waves. They had
powerful fleets and advanced technology.
If you look off the modern coast of
Netherlands you can see the remaining
Frisian islands with a missing section of
the mainland.
So, the writing of the Greeks came from
our Northern European peoples, not the
desert dwellers.
The Macedonians as well as Alexander the
Great are descendants of the Frisian
people.
We live in an age when the powers to be
are teaching our children a genocidal
eduction which would kill our culture, our
pride and our memory.
But like the Frisians peoples of old our
Northern European peoples were known for
their advanced cities, great trading centers
and advanced culture.
Ourancsto5s lived in the Atlantis of the
North, Plato knew this and wrote about it.

your guess is as good as the next person's.
Dragon Rune Definitions
Isedon Goldwing envisioned the Dragon Runes in April 2001.
The Druatch language that the names for the runes come
from is based on memories from others who have the past
experiences of dragons as well, by finding the words
appropriate to the idea behind the rune, the names were
created, through continuing meditation and assigned
appropriately.
Rune names that are linked in the following definitions will
take you to the page with a detailed look at that rune.
Ratanen
Fog Dream. Represents the mists of all that was, is, or will
be, and made of raw chaotic energies, Ratanen is the
substance of dreams and can be called upon and shaped by
those with the knowledge to do so to create or destroy
anything. These are the fogs between times, and the
underlying force that keeps a time from stagnating and
fading away.
Phonetic value "k"
Drakani
Dragon Queen. Rune of Tiamat, goddess whose body creates
the sky and the earth and ruler of dragons. By shaping the
chaos by knowledge of will, she creates times and those
who inhabit the times. Drakani is useful for taping into
Ratanen and glimpsing into the chaos for answers, or to
request an audience with Tiamat.
Phonetic value "d"
Sha'oren
Flowing Knowledge. Rune of the Akasha, holding all
knowledge. Understanding this rune comes over time, but is
only pure knowledge and on its own can be dangerous to use
without wisdom. Best used in conjunction with Drakani or
Shoren to understand the Chaos in the mists. Meditate on
this rune with a question in mind to assist access to the
Akasha.
Phonetic value "s"
Ihanen
Dream Dancing. Guidance through the chaos and the rune to
weave existence from dream material. Rune of creation and
calling the first dragons called from the mists. The next nine
runes are of the more common dragons that were formed.
Phonetic value "i"
Note: the following dragon types listed, are not all that
exist, but are listed to portray a developmental cycle with
base elements as dragons. Most of the ideas associated are
basic ideas, meditation on the individual runes is suggested
for best understanding
Ma'erhen
Free Storm. Rune of the Spirit and Astral Dragons that exist
on the higher planes.
Phonetic value "f"
Ra
Water. Rune of Ocean Deep clan of dragons. Healing and deep
understanding through curiosity.
Phonetic value "w"
Liwaen
Cold Fire. Rune of Darkness Dragons. Contemplation and
protection.
Phonetic value "m"
Li
Fire. Rune of Red Chasm clan of dragons. Passion, fury, and
loyalty.
Phonetic value "h"
Li'aan
Great Fire. Rune of Light Dragons. Illumination of secrets,
and justice.
Phonetic value "t"
Mah
Storm. Rune of Rolling Thunder clan of dragons. Swiftness
and social interaction.
Phonetic value "r"
Ninathan
Earth Kin. Rune of Forest Dragons. Growth and living things.
Phonetic value "n"
Thaan
Mountain. Rune of White Mountain clan of dragons.
Knowledge forged through the many.
Phonetic value "th"
Waethan
Frozen Stones. Rune of Crystal Dragons. Ideas and thoughts
manifesting with guidance.
Phonetic value "p"
Ta'kaya
Cloud Cycle. The year rune. Time created as a byproduct of
consciousness is represented in this rune. Ta'kaya
represents the cycles in nature, the way things operate
from year to year and repeat themselves.
Phonetic value "o"
Shaan
Great Knowledge. Still in times where chaos is very
prominent, the "Mage" rune is that of beings just learning to
understand the ways of magic, and attempting to shape it to
their will. Energies are strong, but often lack precision
control.
Phonetic value "sh"
Deigomah
Tainted Storm. The increase in the use of magic in a chaotic
environment attracts yet more chaos, twisting and warping
the minds of those who come in contact with its energies.
Deigomah is necessary for the development of the fresh
existence, bringing with it change and creativity.
Phonetic value "ng"
Athihan
Dance of Blades. Filled with newfound knowledge, Deigomah
leads the beings in existence to Athinan. Athinan is the rune
of wars and conflicts necessary to carve and shape the
populace so that balance might finally take hold.
Phonetic value "a"
Kaegos
Purity and Taint. Kaegos is the balance that rises from the
ashes of the conflicts in Athinan. Chaos and Order are equal
here, and the existence can thrive.
Phonetic value "b"
Thaenrathi
Strong Leader/King. The rune of the champion. A product of
balance, the champion of Thaenrathi governs justly and the
presence of this leader makes room for the time of order to
take place.
Phonetic value "z"
Athanen
Dream Forge. The once chaotic mists are deeply forged into
the stiffness of law and order. Many thrive in times of peace
and justice, but little new is discovered, created, or found.
Phonetic value "e"
Shoren
Flowing Wisdom. The quiet brought by Athanen gives time
for many to reflect and ponder on the vast knowledge ’s
and experiences that have gone before them. Wisdom
develops quickly and many are enlightened through these
events.
Phonetic value "y"
Nanen
Hearts Dream. Many of the enlightened find others along a
similar path, and they pair together with each other as
companions during their walk through life. Those dragons
joined during Nanen often find their way back to each other
over many incarnations time and again.
Phonetic value "l"
Ionali
Powerful Heart Fire. Those that still retain a spark of the
chaos within themselves may yet experience passion
tempered by wisdom. The passion of Ionali often comes to
those that did not pair during Nanen, and grant the dragon
insight to find and experience the purpose in their lives that
they were meant for, yielding a fullness of life, and a reason
to remain on their current plane of existence.
Phonetic value "ei"
Drakaneal
Dragon Beauty. All who have experienced Nanen or Ionali,
share a bond with each other, and many work and live
together in unity, each providing as they can to the
community. Despite the tiny amounts of chaos still around,
the dragons coexisting during Drakaneal achieve much
creativity in that which they do. The remaining sparks of
chaos are shared and nurtured by all united in the state of
bliss and relaxation while they can, for many are beginning
to prepare for the coming times of transition.
Phonetic value "v"
Zhukaya
Cycles of Action. Zhukaya, the rune of justice manifests
strongly during this time, cleaning up many of the
unresolved issues, for good or ill. The results of the lives of
all return to them, lessons are dealt, rewards enjoyed,
some will carry over to the next incarnation, but much is
resolved here.
Phonetic value "j"
Abanen
Sky Dream. The progression to the astral plane, and
eventually the next incarnation, or direct manifestation on a
separate plane than the current one. A time of nostalgia,
many who experienced Nanen will meet again, others will
contemplate this life on the astral for a time, until they are
ready to incarnate once more.
Phonetic value "g"
Satihan
Hurricanes Dance. The long subdued chaos begins to seep
out, and roils forth to consume the order it finds so
distasteful, once more making it part of the timeless fogs.
The plane is wiped clear, and ready for the next being to
shape it to their will.
Phonetic value "u"
I've been asked numerous times by soldiers and family members
for magical charms to aid and protect our soldiers and news
corps in the Middle East and elsewhere. I've put together a
collection of Galdrastafir -- Viking era "magical staves". Most of
these talismans are very ancient and effective.
According to tradition, the Aegishjalmur "helm of awe" should be
worn over the forehead, perhaps scratched or drawn on the
inside of one's helmet. Its purpose is protection and "irresistibility"
in battle (as in the Borg's, "Resistance is futile."). One could also
draw it on one's forehead with salvia or blood. It could be used as
a tattoo.
The Vegvisir "runic compass" will help prevent one from getting
lost--that's one I'd want tattooed, like Icelandic singer Björk. Or
one might scratch or draw it on the inside of one's helmet. This
one can also be drawn on one's forehead with saliva or blood.
Gapaldur and Ginfaxi were traditionally used in "glima", viking
wrestling, but are also valid for combat of any nature. The charms
historically were carried in one's shoes or drawn on one's feet. Do
not use as a tattoo.
Odin's Illusionary Rune was used to make the bearer invisible or
shape shift, such as the Viking berzerkers who took on the form,
strength, and courage of bears in battle. Do not use as a tattoo.
Hraethigaldur and Ottastafur "terror staves" would be carried over
one's breast, so consider putting them in a pocket or perhaps
scratched onto dog tags. Do not use as a tattoo.
Svefnthorn "sleep thorn" will aid one in sleeping under the most
adverse conditions. Lay it under the pillow or bed. It will also put
someone else to sleep. Do not use as a tattoo.
Powerful binding and breaking locks and fetters are two sides of
the same coin. I'd want the Lásabrjótur "lock breaker" tattooed
right along side the Vegvisir.
Above all, a warrior needs good luck. The best luck of all is an end
to war. No matter what our politics, we all want all our troops to
come home healthy. Please join me in praying for peace, the
safety of civilians, and to bring our men and women home as
soon as possible.
One does not have to be a pagan to use these talismans. Some of
the greatest Icelandic rune wizards were Christian clergy and
bishops. Use of rune magic does not involve devil worship or the
invoking of Satan or demons!
This entire collection is on one GIF file. Right-click to download.
Print the graphic to carry, perhaps folded up and tucked into one's
helmet or pocket. Print on Tyvek paper if you can find it; it won't
tear or wear out. Tyvek is hard to find as letter sized paper, but
you might find it as USPS Priority Mail or First Class envelopes. If
you can't print, use a magic marker (preferably red, to symbolize
blood) to draw the symbols instead. You could also create
amulets by drawing or carving on wood or other material. There
are merchants on the Commercial links page who sell silver or
pewter rune amulet pendants, including several shown above.
I've even found a source for black T-shirts with the Aegishjalmur
design!
Some of these charms would all make great tattoos. I would not
tattoo the terror staves, the sleep thorn, or the powerful binding
charm. See my Runic Tattoos page.
Please note that the charms must be consecrated and charged to
their purposes. Without consecration they are just interesting
designs. One may create one's own consecration ritual. It can be
as simple as meditation or prayer, or as complex as one desires.
Focus intently on each charm's intended outcome. (Page back to
read a sample ritual.) I am a Reiki Master and use Reiki energy to
charge charms. Blooding the charms is not required, but it does
boost the power. Prick a finger with a sterilized needle or lancet (or
use menstrual or seminal fluid), placing a drop on each charm.
If you have need of a charm for a specific purpose not shown
above, let me know and I will see if I have one that suits. Email me
at sunnyway@aol.com.

Day of the Dead history
Indigenous people wouldn't let 'Day of the
Dead' die
Carlos Miller
The Arizona Republic
Sept. 5, 2008 01:26 PM
More than 500 years ago, when the Spanish Conquistadors
landed in what is now Mexico, they encountered natives
practicing a ritual that seemed to mock death.
It was a ritual the indigenous people had been practicing at
least 3,000 years. A ritual the Spaniards would try
unsuccessfully to eradicate.
A ritual known today as Día de los Muertos, or Day of the
Dead.
The ritual is celebrated in Mexico and certain parts of the
United States, including the Valley.
Celebrations are held each year in Mesa, Chandler,
Guadalupe and at Arizona State University. Although the
ritual has since been merged with Catholic theology, it still
maintains the basic principles of the Aztec ritual, such as the
use of skulls.
Today, people don wooden skull masks called calacas and
dance in honor of their deceased relatives. The wooden
skulls are also placed on altars that are dedicated to the
dead. Sugar skulls, made with the names of the dead person
on the forehead, are eaten by a relative or friend, according
to Mary J. Adrade, who has written three books on the ritual.
The Aztecs and other Meso-American civilizations kept skulls
as trophies and displayed them during the ritual. The skulls
were used to symbolize death and rebirth.
The skulls were used to honor the dead, whom the Aztecs
and other Meso-American civilizations believed came back to
visit during the monthlong ritual.
Unlike the Spaniards, who viewed death as the end of life,
the natives viewed it as the continuation of life. Instead of
fearing death, they embraced it. To them, life was a dream
and only in death did they become truly awake.
"The pre-Hispanic people honored duality as being dynamic,"
said Christina Gonzalez, senior lecturer on Hispanic issues at
Arizona State University. "They didn't separate death from
pain, wealth from poverty like they did in Western cultures."
However, the Spaniards considered the ritual to be
sacrilegious. They perceived the indigenous people to be
barbaric and pagan.
In their attempts to convert them to Catholicism, the
Spaniards tried to kill the ritual.
But like the old Aztec spirits, the ritual refused to die.
To make the ritual more Christian, the Spaniards moved it
so it coincided with All Saints' Day and All Souls' Day (Nov. 1
and 2), which is when it is celebrated today.
Previously it fell on the ninth month of the Aztec Solar
Calendar, approximately the beginning of August, and was
celebrated for the entire month. Festivities were presided
over by the goddess Mictecacihuatl. The goddess, known as
"Lady of the Dead," was believed to have died at birth,
Andrade said.
Today, Day of the Dead is celebrated in Mexico and in certain
parts of the United States and Central America.
"It's celebrated different depending on where you go,"
Gonzalez said.
In rural Mexico, people visit the cemetery where their loved
ones are buried. They decorate gravesites with marigold
flowers and candles. They bring toys for dead children and
bottles of tequila to adults. They sit on picnic blankets next
to gravesites and eat the favorite food of their loved ones.
In Guadalupe, the ritual is celebrated much like it is in rural
Mexico.
"Here the people spend the day in the cemetery," said Esther
Cota, the parish secretary at the Our Lady of Guadalupe
Church. "The graves are decorated real pretty by the
people."
In Mesa, the ritual has evolved to include other cultures,
said Zarco Guerrero, a Mesa artist.
"Last year, we had Native Americans and African-Americans
doing their own dances," he said. "They all want the
opportunity to honor their dead."
In the United States and in Mexico's larger cities, families
build altars in their homes, dedicating them to the dead.
They surround these altars with flowers, food and pictures
of the deceased. They light candles and place them next to
the altar.
"We honor them by transforming the room into an altar,"
Guerrero said. "We offer incense, flowers. We play their
favorite music, make their favorite food."
At Guerrero's house, the altar is not only dedicated to
friends and family members who have died, but to others as
well.
"We pay homage to the Mexicans killed in auto accidents
while being smuggled across the border," he said. "And
more recently, we've been honoring the memories of those
killed in Columbine."
