Today I saw a dragonfly and it landed on my hand.

I told him all my secrets and he seemed to understand.

With a flutter of his wings he said that he was mine.

He said he'd take my secrets with him and not waste any time.

My dragonfly will find my love and whisper in his ear.

He'll tell my love my secrets so my love will know I'm near.

My dragonfly carries my heart on wings of shimmering gold.

Along with my secrets he brings it to you so my heart can hold yours.

So if you see a dragonfly and he flies directly to you,

Hold out your hand and welcome him because he has a job to do.

My dragonfly brings you my love , my heart and everything that is me.

Is there anything worse then being lonely?

The sound of silence is almost to much to bear.

You think you hear car doors only there's nobody there.

Watching out the window wishing someone would come by.

Never seems to happen so I'm always left to cry.

I feel like a pariah to the world.

I am only here to satisfy somebody else's urge.

I want a family like I once had with a husband and a home.

For now I've learned the lesson that there's nothing worse the being alone.
