It's Kabbalah's birthday .... I can’t believe my Coven is a year old already. When I’m inducting members I still introduce us as one of the younger members here!



The coven has now exceeded my expectations for activity and fun. It really has become a family as you do get to know members in a completely different light.

On the subject of members I want to thank everyone who has contributed to it’s success over the year and all the friends of Kabbalah who have helped us along the way.



VR is indeed magical and you have all been … well, Magic!

What a week indeed…. The doctor seems hell bent that I have the camera down my throat, I objected …. Let’s just say ‘’we shall see’’. When I got home I had a message from the surgery telling me I had left the appointment for further blood test investigations on the doctor’s table and that they would post it on for me … how sweet of them!

Straight after I wrote my last entry I went off to work only to get home tonight to find that VR went down.



So here the deal ... 10 bucks for a 15 min palm reading session.

For those asking about my cousin. She is stable and will see a specialist today :-)

I'm off to work now feeling better for her condition but I know I will be in this damn hospital tomorrow, but this time for me :-s

Sitting here and pondering the week whilst getting ready for work.

I guess I have been too into my own health issues to notice what's been going on around me....

..when suddenly..

...phone call from my doc's surgery.... (it's a surgery I share with the rest of my family out this way)..

..the first thing I thought on seeing who the caller is, was it's about my blood test results!!

So wrong..

my older cousin (78) collapsed this morning and has been taken to Southend hospital. She went to pick up her pension at the post office and 'wham' ...

The post office is next to the surgery and I was the only one that could be reached. I have since contacted the rest of the family .....

Mondays seem to whizz around so damn fast these days. I know I will beat the alarm in the morning as I have so much on my mind.

Work is work, and is now part of a familiar routine.

Thursday’s hospital appointment is on my mind right now. Once I have that out the way I will call the doc and see what all the results have unravelled.

My daughter has settled in school in a surprisingly quick manner, I won’t knock that as I’m not one to look for trouble, I just pray the rest of her first year is as promising.

It’s gonna be another restless night, I feel it!



I guess the promise of a great weekend with the girls is encouraging, I am so looking forward to that.

It's also the start of the Jewish New Year 'Rosh HaShana' ... lets hope it's a good one.

The Merseyside invasion is on!

I have The Fab Three coming down from Liverpool next weekend. The logistics of the sleeping arrangements will be a nightmare .... or maybe not. lol

I am so looking forward to their arrival, they are a great loud party trio … and all girls I may add! It will either be ‘poor me’ or ‘lucky me’!!

All three are members of VR and I hope to get some pics up of our Gothic antics!! It may include me back in hospital, but what a way to go ;-P

Work has been a drag this week, normally a bank holiday weekend is supposed to make the week shorter but it so didn’t seem like that. I’m so glad it’s Friday tomorrow.

I’m still getting my head around working for someone as opposed to working for myself. I’m just glad to be done with the training! They are a very nice and supportive bunch, I consider myself very lucky.

Just as I settle into a work pattern I get news from the hospital, again. They fear my sugar levels are way too high and are blood testing me for diabetes. They also want to shove a camera down my throat whilst knocked out to exam my upper abdomen. I’m sure they just want to rifle through my pockets!!

My daughter started school today, she was so nervous but took it in her stride. She looked so smart in her new uniform, let’s see how long that lasts! But I was so proud.
