"Give me a respirator, give me a respirator
please BP man give me a respirator."
BP man looked in yonder sea, he turned his head -said unto me:
"No fishing man, the air is clean, theres nothing wrong,
get back to work."
"Give me a respirator, give me a respirator
please BP man give me a respirator."
"I'm coughing, I'm sneezing, I'm passing out,
Please BP man, help me out."
BP man looked in yonder sea, he turned his head -said unto me:
"No fishing man, the air is clean, there's nothing wrong,
get back to work."
"Give me a respirator, give me a respirator
BP man please give me a respirator."
"I'm coughing up blood, I'm passing out,
please BP man, help me out."
BP man looked in yonder sea, he turned his head -said unto me:
"No fishing man, the air is clean, theres nothing wrong,
get back to work."
"BP man, BP man, I think I'm dead."
"Give me a funeral, give me a funeral,
please BP man, give me a funeral."
BP man looked in yonder sea, turned his head -said unto me:
Yes fishing man, I see you are, but see I don't want
them all to know."
"so go back into the water, go back into the water, disappear forever into the water."
Let me weep into a mug and drink it-
that is all I have to drink.
Let me eat the skin that falls away from me-
that is all I have to eat.
Let me drop dead without an ounce of pain-
rather then living in forever agony.
Let it end/
let me be/
dead.
Let me die in a bed instead of the street-
swept into a gutter without a prayer.
Only the concrete ever cared-
So let me weep and drink my tears;
Farewell.
I ask a question, who knows?
A question about what the future holds.
A question about the very face of life- it wears a mask, why? I don't know.
May I ask this question? Will you know? Will your neighbor know? Will your dog know?
Or your cat? I wonder if you've thought about it...It's why I ask.
What's the Meaning of Life?
I have another question, any takers?
a show of hands if someone knows, I wonder to which direction this will flow- to the
gulf of Mexico? Perchance a river, something short. Whichever direction, I am there
Waiting for an answer. So are you ready for the question? You think you have a clue?
You think you have the evidence? Why not show some proof.
Why do we destroy that which we need?
Think you've had enough persay? You can go, Oh wait no- you have to stay.
I've got another question, don't you faint, do you know the answer?
Taking out your pad and paper? Scribbling something down.
Hoping I won't see what you wrote, you burn it to the ground.
I'm still asking...
Why are we born just to suffer?
Had enough? Your brain's exploded, leaving stretch marks everywhere?
I've not yet heard it spoken, the answer I so wish to hear.
can't you take a simple question without smoke spilling from your ears??
I just have a little question, someone tell me if you know-Or submit it in writing.
If everything you knew was a lie, How could you tell truth from lies?
Are you at your end already? Smoldering on the ground- Squirming. Waving your white flag and pleading.
On your knees and begging, your face turning blue, well it's already almost over so
Pull yourself back together, I only have on more thing to ask. I hope you'll solve the
problem. I put my faith in you.
If your whole life, everyone told you what to believe, what to do, what to say and
what to think, are you really you? Or what they told you to be?
I hear a rumble, a distant rumble
and a pain.
Again I hear a rumble, a vibration in the air
Perhaps thunder
Then the pain, the vicious pain returns.
I feel a pain, a vicious pain
from within.
Will it rain? I hear a rumble, a distant rumble
in my head.
I feel the vertigo setting in, I yell with all I have but no one hears. The floor becomes the ceiling and I plummet to my knees.
I hear the thunder growing stronger
my insides start to shake.
The pain becomes more then I can bare
and I weep.
I weep in the cold, I taste my tears
They become my only nourishment
and my fear.
I find myself on my back, gasping
Screaming!
I need food
I need food
I need food
But I know I won't get any.

If you are we with you will never fear going hungry.
i like this one. it makes complete sense. and i can feel the hunger
Sweet Empty gulf farewell
all the animals I've known so well
adrift among the lifeless waves
corroding in the grim sun's rays.
Oh the dim murk reeks of death
the odors cause my nose distress
I'll never see the water blue
consumed forever by BP's Crude.
- To every animal that has swam, trot, or flew
I bid thee all adieu
I'll miss you.

with sad choices,Oh Sad Voices, Crying in the night
Weeping pain, they cry in vain, they weep in sorrow, why can't I?
Piercing shrieks, they find their peak, within my heart
within my soul, they consume my insides, Consume me whole.
Weeping Children, dying night, lives are ending before they start.
I hear their voices, I hear their pain, I hear them reaching for life again, they weep forever, they weep their plight, weeping in sorrow, Why Can't I?
I lie on ground so bare, as if nothing were ever there, in the effervescent air, dreaming. Dreaming of a world yet to come, sucking on a sweet red plum, dreaming. I've never dreamt before, sleep has always been a bore yet I somehow yurn for more, Dreaming. A taste of happiness, taken from a Black crow's nest , served on a bed of lettuce, dressed. Watching mother nature's best, Dreaming. I cannot stop lying here. Breathing open air, upon the ground so bare. Wishing for things that aren't there, Dreaming.
- I don't know if it's good.
Is it even finished?
Some comments would help.

it sounds pretty complete. i just want to point out that although it's very common, rhyming all the time isn't a good thing. not saying this is bad because it isn't. just a side note to consider
Bury me a pit of wonder
the last remains of my pitiful self
the dirt that covers
the grave that stands
becomes my memory
in the pit of sand.
Bury me a pit of sorrow
bury it in my chest
put a grave into my heart
and lay my faith to rest
bury my failings
bury my success
I do not care anymore
life is cursed and blessed.
Which was I?
