The pot is a homeless flower atop
the sill it's shanty town.
Without a place to put down roots
they weep without a sound.
Their tears of dew,
drip a strewn;
their cries of excess water.
The flower pot for all it's not
protests without a bother.
The pot is a homeless flower atop
the sill it's shanty town.
The dreams it's dreamt,
how trapped it's felt,
fore lack of solid ground.
The sun sincerely set tonight,
the rising moon to night's delight,
where water couplets parse the night
and scattered roots thy rose.
Fore every drop that sops the sky
and leaves nay speck of dry behind,
the lunar orbit weeps this night
and scatters roots thy rose.
Let us hear the couplets,
let us feel the drops,
let us be gravity's eventual stop;
let us be the anchor
of said idle ship,
where impacting moisture meets receiving lips.
The summer is singing the sun lullaby,
the song be so tearful,
the sun has gone shy,
it's hiding behind the yonder hill's boon,
the sun has come ready to hibernate soon.
The moon's a ready and glowing at ease,
for time's never standing-
it's pace has increased,
the violet tulips have noticed their turn
and scattered roots thy rose.
Oh woe, oh woe, the sky she knows,
the folly of our ways.
That grounded hearts can never soar,
The birds they see the sky no more.
The human mind has none in store,
The clouds and grass, they merged.
Oh woe, oh woe, oh tragedy,
the grass she knows our follies.
The smallest ant, the lowest worm,
the very dirt still yearns
to see the sky;
none exists for the human mind.
Oh tell me why.
Oh woe, Oh woe, oh heart of snow,
Where every heart's so cold, so cold
and every tear is frozen so,
oh tell me why, oh woe.
Oh woe, oh woe, the starry night,
whose celestial hope is still as bright,
will call to us to hear it's sign
and join our hands and say goodbye.
Why is there not a grain of love,
to share our hopes with clouds above?
To sing our gracious melody and part our hateful rhapsodies?
Oh woe, oh woe, the earth she sows
her tears into the clouds.
That every skinned and furry paw,
could forget their flaws and be alive,
eternal children of the flowing sky
and tenants of the lands of love;
...we never saw.
Oh when brings the snow,
...the fondest memory I do own
eons ago,
...to the frozen archipelago.
Where the icebergs dance away,
...a perpetual rhythm sway-
to music of the arctic fray,
floundering upon the shores of may.
Where from afar you see the penguins squat,
...waddling about,
squawking their grayish snouts,
to the arctic fray assault.
Where the aurora reins,
...it's colors soothe the days,
a rainbow without rain,
and it never ends.
Polar bears a gallop,
through the snow,
refusing to say no; to exhaust.
Their fur of modest
camouflage,
a white blur bounding through blank visage
...with no rest they amble the shores
to feed their young of ocean imports.
Tis but a memory,
...of what should be,
and what isn't reality
anymore.
...In the drowning Arctic.
I dream of liquid dreams.
...And as oxygen transforms to rain
I'll dream of rain the same.
My mother's name;
whose milk has saved a countless name
...for living's sake
...and I shall pray;
for rain to stay.
To oath caress my dear umbrella, to dance and coalesce.
I vow to sip your nectar's source, from dawn to dusk alas.
To nurture our world with liquid dreams
...and moisture a plenty to share,
as we bask within it's clouds o' air,
or so it seems;
...no drops to spare.
I'll venture beyond borders,
The word "beyond" is obsolete.
Not fit to do thee justice,
for what justice be for thee petite?
Across the desert dunes, with giant spittoons
..and drought ridden landscape full of pancakes,
I shall wander at the cost of me,
for there be no place left for me;
but death.
My legs shall take me yonder,
for the yonder world to greet.
...My heart shall take me farther;
farther then my eyes can see,
my will shall make me stronger,
stronger till the day I opt,
to find my mother rain aloft
and drink my fill of nature's drops.
To oath caress my dear umbrella, to dance and coalesce.
I vow to sip your nectar's source, from dawn to dusk alas.
