poof she's gone

I think I've found my first apartment

It's an oven at McDonalds

It's hot and smells like someone's foot

but when I open my eyes and stare abroad

I realize I'm just outside.



why is is so hot then, what happened to all the rain

Someone needs to change their socks

It's driving me insane.



I don't remember my last true snow

everything is melting

who says global warming isn't real

Behold the lovely fur

behold it's vibrance through the touch

the color of snow, longing frost

warm as the softest blanket hug

prancing through my life with purest love

I cannot live without this fur

I cannot fathom this dark cruel world

Why would anyone cause it harm?

it just wants to live a day

I cannot justify the hate

for the fur I love, and all it's kin

to feel innocence and joy within

I don't want to picture the world without

all the animals I know and love.

Perhaps I'm paranoid, but am I wrong?

no one gives me proof.
