So needless to say, I had responded, ‘the Umbrella Corporation. see? My name is Alice, I remember it all.
Sir Jimmy Saville OBE has died, aged 8/4, dependant on the news or the Net. Either way, unlike many of these wannabee’s, he was a real celebrity. He was famous for many things; being the first and last presenter of Top Of The Pops; giving many the chance to fulfil their dreams, with ‘Jim’ll Fix It’ for over twenty years; and for his charity work, that brought in an estimated forty million, much of that for The Stoke Mandeville Spinal Unit. With a public persona that was built on catch phrases, this self-publicist was a lonely man, who went from being a wrestler, to an icon of British televison, all whi;e being a voluntary porter in a hospital. Once Louis Theroux had asked him if it were true he’d said he didn’t feel emotions. He’d replied ‘Yes. I mask them well…’ This from someone who when interviewed in his later years, talked of ‘the fun’ of his life. “Everyday is Fun”. Many will miss him.
Interesting. Someone wrote in a thread I read, '1984 was simply a book', then went on to illustrate how accurate a portrayal of a totalitariun state it is... and, how we're becoming more so; to suit the convenience, of a few.
‘They’ talk of a world crisis; whilst only some actually suffer from it and others thrive. Just think, what is America’s debt to china? [[trillions, I believe]] and, soon Germany will through this crisis, done what they couldn't through war. The bankers, the economist, they know what they did and WE pay. The idea, is to bring down our way of Life; meanwhile, the super-rich get richer and we watch reality tv and make celebrities outta non-entities yep my VR profile ramble is still applicable
So, the world was supposed to end today [[21st October 2011]] ~ again; and, meanwhile 'they' celebrate the death and probable assassination of the son of.. and the fellow who ... held a bunch of tribes together, for the West and their economic interests. Yet, everything’s okay Now, the West can continue to do business with Libya, once again [[as if it ever truly stopped…]]
I've just finished watching 'return of the living dead part 4 Necropolis.'
A great movie - I think.
And, whether it be them, or romero, or even that fella who did cannibal holocaust, I was into Zombie films years ago... and, this plethora of wannabee's on VR is strangeness.

Zombies have been near and dear to my heart for some time. Zombie bashing is even better! ;)
I shall check this one out. :P
just told... well, asked someone I'd thought 'different from the other' not to message me again.. after she accusesd me of bein a gamer.. on Yahoo messenger.
it's funny, I keep hoping they will 'be different.'
the ones I get to know... like that, so rarely are.
So a British couple the Dawes have won 101 million pounds in the Euromillion. Having seen the couple on the news, I can honestly say I don’t resent them win, which has made them one of the richest people in Britain, richer even than David Bowie.
My curiosity is this, why do they make these wins as much as that? Heck, I don’t resent the Dawes the money. But, how much does any man need?
Call me churlish, but if they’d have had ten people win 10 million wouldn’t the Dawes have been as pleased as they looked on the news, or even 1 million.
But, 101 million pounds? No-one, no matter who they are, no-one needs that sorta money. Yet, that said, “Good Luck to the Dawes.”
It does make you wonder, when you notice a post go missing, who was in charge of the forums, while you were asleep...
or... a thread gets moved, when it's relevance is more so than some, in the general thread...
quel surprise?
I think this one, I can figure...
{{the same gamer who played this on other occasions... and MANY know who SHE is.}}

Hmmmm. I know I hate it when I see that kinda stuff happen in my own coven's forum. I have a poetry thread that's been in there for about 2yrs now....and when a short lived ACM came around...she left all the poetry that our members posted but she blasted out my comments to them. I always encourage those who share to share even more poetry and I always make it a point to take the time and share what it is that I liked about each and every poem posted...and she murdered it. Ugh, I wanted to strangle that woman....sooooo glad she isn't an ACM anymore lol.
headache after loads of reading... **Grins**

It took ages to undo some of the friggin changes it made... on install.
Additives arn't good for you: it's well known.
Tho... I recall, walking into a mates flat and, a mirror sitting there, with a pile of yellow and white mixed ... and, bein a pig, I said "yes" when offered. well, there was mudma, amphet and charles innit... and, I went wheee, for days.
Good?
Sure seemed good, at the time.
I LOVED the insult thrown at me in a thread before... the fellow was so wrapped up in annoyance... he missed the point.. by rambling on, justifying himself, as he did... he was, what I'd called him, a pedant.
a word he 'had to look up.'
**sound of chortling**

ECG tomorrow.

How do you spell poultice? Well, I’ll guess that was it, but I’m not tempting fate. I had one on my left thumb, after I left my friends; Friday night; the lump on my thumb bled a lot, once it had been removed. And now, now it has a honey and iodine-poultice on it, as I sit cross-legged on my bed to type at the keyboard before me. And he; my friend, had shown me a film that left me jaw-dropped and, eyes bulging: staring josh Hartnett and Woody Harrellson and, it was a western and a moral play; and it was a … pop-up book, a darned pop-up book. Oh yeah… and Ron Perlman was in it. It was a brilliant film, ‘Buranku’. And, it’s to be highly recommended.
