Circumstances create lifestyle changes,

and people shift allegiances, hide, or just

drift away. But at the end of the day, when

all’s said and done: people just, go away.

Having just left Becky and VR as the winds had dropped I looked out at a clear crisp sky, as the full-moon lit up the night, as if it were day.



I went out, to the back, to photograph the silvery orb and stood there to listen to a distinctive quiet crunching, as something sat there munching, on beetles I guessed.



And I’m thinking, that we have a hedge-hog in our back garden, as everything I know suggests that may be the case. And I had thought to myself, “Isn’t it nice to have company?”
