I watch them cross the road and, I’m reminded of frogger somehow; and they some toward me, she bow-legged and, seeming to defy gravity, as he leans in and down, attentive, to her every word; and as they pass me, without a care in the world, bar for thoughts of the other, I find myself just a little jealous, of the pair, as I’m quite alone and, ever will be…
As I looked round the surgery walls, waiting for my turn to be seen, I saw a sign there which read ‘Breast-Feeding Encouraged’ and I had to wonder why they needed to tell people it was; and wasn’t it sad that it could be said that there were places and people, for whom Breast-Feeding is not welcome?

Tis a day to stay beneath the duvet and watch whatever’s on the goggle-box, ‘coz my friend, I’ll go round the bend, if’n I stop to think what day it was.
Sittin’ on the back of the bus, as I’m waitin’ for the off; I ease into my seat and feel the vibrations either side of my spine: and, I’m not lyin’ to you, when I say it felt good. For those in the know, the search for the green, is literal, metaphysical; and, often quite euphoric. And so, for those in the know, the search for the green, that is… bliss.
With curves poured into blue-jeans, the Lady with long red tresses, stands apart in my eyes, from those in their little black dresses, as she stands before me, her head turned to the right and, one eye in my direction; and she slowly sips at her liquor, then licks at her lips and, I can’t help but smile, knowing I’ve caught her curious eye. And, I’ll say this with a smile, those few feet ‘tween us had seemed more like a mile, till she turned, with eyes flashing bright, she gave me one hell of a fright, walking toward me, licking her top lip, as one hand on hip, she said to me, “Don’t I know you? Have you been here before?” And blushing, I nod dumbly: ‘Aye, in my dreams…’
