Well, I have managed to fill this entire months' journal section with tripe. For a change I will write something with some personal substance.



I have agreed to do my first nude painting (live), since before I was pregnant. I have to admit that it is a little scary. I am quite body dysmorphic, and therefore am having a hard time knowing whether I am ready to be back on stage or not. Even the tightest, skimpiest dress can hide things for you. Nude is, well, nude.



To ready myself I had a full fitness assessment.



Resting Heart Rate = 59 BPM Average is between 60-90



Body Fat % = 17% Average is between 20-30



Measurements = 33 chest, 26 waist, 36 hips

Now you know why I want augmentation ;)



Long story short... I am going to be ok.
