Anyone else heard of the "smartpen"??



I just seen this advertised in the Target ads today.



This "smartpen" will remember what you write down and also record sound.



Ok, I don't know about anyone else, but I'm totally missing the concept behind this product, especially at $120.



Um, ok, first, why would I need a pen to remember what I've written down??? IT'S ALREADY WRITTEN DOWN!!



Second, do I really need this pen to record what I say? I'm pretty sure I can remember what I've said. Besides, if I really need something to record what I say, I'll buy a cheap digital recorder.



Smartpen, lol. I can type faster than I can write.



Just my opinion anyways..... I'm sure there's people out there that will disagree with me. *shrugs* oh well.

Dude I would have totally paid for that in grad school- do you know how hard it is to write a lecture into notes when your teacher is translating Chinese to English. Being able to tap onto your notes and then going to that area of dictation where it ended would have saved me HOURS of going back and forth with dumbass tape recorder
