For those of you that prebooked for the 2008 goth cruise.. your next payment due is 200.00 per person, due by Feb 5th 2008. Please! Disregard the small box right above "final due date 7/14/2008 if it says different .
I've reinstalled my software, and spent hours with tech support trying to get it fixed.. to reflect the correct amounts, and because you booked under a special promotion, I cant fix it. The paper invoices will have this corrected by hand if I cant get it fixed.. all of them.. ich.
It is on your Feb 5th payment that I will get your cabin numbers. If you pay the 200.00 early, I will have your cabin number on the day you do pay it.
After that, the payment schedule is the same.. the next payment would be 3/20/2008 of 250.00 per person.. then the balance due on 07/14/2008

You can.. but I cannot assign a room until your deposit reaches 500.00 total for 2.

All I know is I don't want the same room as last year, we had the crack of death in the middle of our bed. Basically the 2 beds that were pushed together to make a queen weren't the same height and one side of the bed was higher than the other, so we basically slept on either one of the beds(the twin) but the crack was always there to haunt us at the slightest move, damn crack!

You should have called your steward or the pursur's desk to get it fixed.
We had that issue on the Royal Carribean cruise earlier in the year, but it was not just the crack attack, but the mattresses stank as well...
The only complaint of my room was the Safe wouldn't open.
Ha! I had the same safe problem. Some jackass before me left it closed. You're supposed to be able to open it with any credit card or whatever... and also leave it open when you leave... Oh well...
Any of these issues (the bed the safe) that were mentions could have been quickly and easily remidied if you had let your room steward know you were dissatisfied. Failing that, a quick call to housekeeping would have brought the Steward's supervisor to your cabin.
You could have also let me know you had a problem.
When I do a group as large as the gothic cruise, the crusie line assigns me a group coordinator to adress any issues that come up.
I think, for the next cruise.. I will make a post 30 days prior to sailing that any problems with your room, immediately let the cabin steward know. And if your cabin steward cant help you.. come find me. (usualy at the casino bar)
I can attest that you can find Z at the casino bar and she WILL resolve your problems as quickly as possible. We had a billing issue that she resolved for us within a day.

Prices are determined by the type of cabin you want. It also lists what is included.
Whats not included is: cruise tips (70.00 per person), airfare, ground transfers (from the airport/hotel to the ship and back), travel insurance, parking, or other optional charges.
Our precruise party includes: free hotel shuttle between the airport/hotel, transfers BOTH WAYS between the hotel and the ship, parking for the week if you drive in the day before, dinner, the party.. taxes.
HOw early do we need to know if we would like to take advantage of the early day before the precruise party special deal thingy?
ASAP! Its first come first booked. The hotel only gave me 10 rooms for the night of October 9th. After those 10 rooms sell.. I have no control over the price.
Merc, we highly recommend the pre/post cruise and the pre-paid tips. It's great to not have to worry about anything an just have an amazing time.
I thought the pre-cruise party was for the 10th and not the 9th?

Hello, this will be the first for me so I just have a few questions if you can bare with me.
For the pre and post parties what exactly is it? Is it a hotel room and transportation to & from the ship and airport?
If I booked already can I add this in or is it too late (depending availability)

The pre and post cruise parties include:
Roundtrip transfers between the airport and the hotel.
Roundtrip transfers between the hotel and the ship. (THESE ARE PRIVATE!)
Dinner in the hotel restaurant.
All Taxes.
The parties will start about 3pm at the pool of the Marriott. We literaly, are taking over the back bar area (which has covering) and the pool. The events are DJ'd of course. The bands will be in attendance at the precruise party. Some may be in attendance at the post cruise party.
IF you need an additional night at the hotel, it is 99.00 for the NIGHT. NOT per person.

We don't mean to be pests Z but we want to get you our deposit which is due today. I've left you two messages and emails. Can we just assume you'll call us back when you can and we won't be penalized for a late deposit? Really, sorry and we don't want to be pains. But we're not down with emailing you cc #'s. Okay.. I am in Texas visiting my kids until Sunday.
Now, normaly I can work from the road with no problem - however this time, I am having serious issues with my phone. It is having a problem picking up signals.
I had to use a different hotel, and its wireless is just horrible and keeps kicking me.
No one is going to be penalized. I will be back on Sunday and will work dilegently to be caught up.
Invoices will go out on Monday.

Ok just a random question, when I was looking at the excursions I noticed that they don't match up with the dates. Just want to know if it says tues that it reeally means the wed we'll be there or if there is another explanation.
