So were just under 6 months out.. and heres a checklist review of what you should have.. and/or be doing.
1. Official documents done. (birth certificate/passport). Note.. if you are NOT a US citizen, you need a passport.
2. If you have not signed up for the pre or post cruise party.. nows the time. If you need extra nights at the hotel, now is the time to let me know.
3. Tips. Now is the time to let me know if you are going to prepay your $70.00 per person in cruise tips with your July 14th final payment so I can add it to your invoice.
4. Shore Excursions: Now is the time to look at your shore excursions. You can view our GROUP Shore Excursions at:
http://www.shoretrips.com/common/groups3.asp?grpcod=G071031002
If you want a shore excursion not listed, let me know and I will have it added.
5. Masquerade Ball Masks. Start lookin.
6. Airflights. Make sure you get them booked before the prices get to much higher.
7. Ground Transfers. If you are not taking the precruise party which includes roundtrip ground transportation to the ship - then you can book the cruise lines transfers from the airport to the ship and back. You will need your air schedule to book them. Call me to add them. They are paid for wtih your final payment in July.
8. Dining arrangements. If you want to sit with specific people during your cruise.. please email me immediately with their legal names so I can do this. You can tell if this has been done already by looking at your invoice under the section titled "Additional Traveling Companions". If that area is blank, then you have not yet been cross referenced to sit with your friends/companions.
9. Phone and Address update. Please make sure I have your most current address, phone, and email. Or you may miss something important.
10. Liver strengthening. You should all be PRACTICING to strengthen up your livers for maximum usage since all drinks are included on this cruise.
11. Hair dying. dye your hair 5 days before the cruise? Why? cuz it sucks to get in a pool and have black hair dye flowing out behind you in the water. Secondly, the caribbean sun is harsh.. it takes 5 days for the dye to set in and be more resistant to the suns bleaching affects. and you have 5 days to get the boo-boos off your skin.
Now.. I just be you all are dying to see our schedule of onboard events?
