Carnival has changed the 8:30 dining time to 8:15pm for all future Carnival Glory sailings. (and her sister ships).

Yeah I hate eating so late but what the hell, we're on a cruise!

Its really only a big deal the first day. After that you're familiar enough with Lido to get stuffed whenever.

Keep in mind you can order room service as well for a snack, though during some busy times they seemed to take longer than others

I ate like a bastard last cruise. I thought I was pregnant everynight on the dancefloor

do we actually have to eat when they set times for? or can we really just eat anytime? scheduled food is strange.

If you choose to eat in the main dining room, you attend at your scheduled time. If you choose to eat on the Lido deck, you can go anytime they are open. Also, there is the 24 hr pizza and 24 hr room service as well.

We did not miss a night in the main dining room last cruise. Since they placed us in the same section of the dining room, we got to meet new and exciting folks and have a grand old time.

Plus, it is a great time to show off any outfits that may be worn.
