I had purchased a book titled, "Diabolic Gnosticism", by Frater Kafyrfos earlier this year. Diabolic Gnosticism, as it name suggests, is about the Knowledge of the Devil, thus aptly titled Diabolic Gnosticism. In this work, the philosophy of the Australian-based Ecclesia Diabolica Gnostica, is explained very well. It is an organisation influenced by the grand philosophy and temperament of the Temple of the Black Light, and the Order of Nine Angles, both based of misanthropy and traditional Satanism, this book is a must-read for Occultists or Occult enthusiasts around the world.

Then, getting to the point, I had also placed an order for the second book, in this trilogy, titled, "Wolf's Hooked Cross". This is the book that is going to be shipped in and delivered to me tomorrow. I have only read a synopsis and a short blurb about it, and lo' and behold, the shipment tracking has informed me that it will be in my hands by the end of the day, tomorrow. If not, then it's going to be delivered by mid-week. I loved the darkness of the first book. I just wish there were more illustrations and better explanations, because to me, the font and its size were too out-of-place, for the book.

My questions are as follows:

1) Has anyone read these books?
2) What do you think of the Order of Nine Angles and the Temple of the Black Light?
3) How have publications from these organisations influenced and shaped your occult views, in your gnosis thus far?

The Order of the Nine Angels is just a hate group which their agenda, can not be good. they proclaimed using Satan as the center of their "adoration", which, really, Satan got nothing to do with their ideology against other daces. Also, Hitler is the most loved idol, which is part of their altar during ceremony. this is a creation of a single mind, which soon or later will become a cult. Temple of the Black Light, now, that is a sick group. From humans assassination plot to animals mutilation. This group is inactive in according to the latest report. If there is a change of resurrecting the cult, then the norms must be changed. As always, Satan is the top idol. Only take a crazy mind, with a crazy idea to create a hate group, and hide under the pretend that they are Satan followers.

Yes, that is the impression I got from those two organisations, after reading some of their works. They promote pure aggression towards the lesser minded. It is definitely not based on natural selection, but survival of the fittest; and I mean pure survival in the highest order. These people know what they are doing. I would definitely choose the TOBL over ONA anytime. These pure LHP groups are very good with ideologies. However, their philosophies are too idealistic, to be adhered to fully.

Also, (pardon me for posting twice consecutively), they appear to be from a very "military stance", wouldn't you agree?

Looking at a group from the outside, does not divulge the true nature of their intentions. Unless, you have tasted the fruit, you can only imagine the taste.

The thing that draws me into this web is that there is definitely a breath of fresh air, without being Christianity bashing. The keyword here is "alternative" path to Christianity.

I think one has no choice but to rely on one's own gnosis of whatever information that have been made available to the individual truth-seeker. :)

I'm here to clean so I will give this thread a peaceful death as it looks like there is no movement here for awhile. I believe Markus answered you gently that the Order of the Nine Angels is widely held to be a "hate group"; define that as you will. While 'gnosis' is easily used as a word to describe knowledge, the term "Gnosticism" as used in the title of your book is disingenuous on several levels. Gnosticism is the spiritual ancestor of anything that has been written into your book. And the investigation of gnosticism is almost as old as the concept itself. The devil, Lucifer; the transcendental drama before all time, depicted in the passions ans actions of manlike figues, the dramas of angelic and daimonic realms: these are the stories addressed by Gnostic "systems of thought" and hence, "Gnosticism". Your book is trying to sell copies with words it doesn't fully understand due to the fact that "knowledge of the devil" could simply be covered as Gnostic systems of thought or Christianity. A key text for further study is a landmark work called, "The Gnostic Religion" by Hans Jonas and then very good and much more widely available is 'The Gnostic Gospels' by Elaine Pagels.
