No where on this site have I found a definitive description that properly differentiates between what is an appropriate forum thread and a journal entry.This creates problems for the poster.

To eradicate this issue, I propose that when a dominar is of the mindset that a forum thread shoud be a journal entry or closed that they first message and discuss the issue with the original poster as a common courtesy so as not to cause undue stress, confusion, and/or frustration. And of course to postpone the closing of a thread until after the discussion has concluded to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

This, I think, is a reasonable suggestion and I look forward to yalls responses to this proposal.

If you have an issue as to why a thread was closed, then you need to contact either the staff member who closed your thread.
