How do you make a protection stamp? Is is only for premium members??

Take a photo of something you like and you can put that picture on a website like PicMonkey.com and add text to it.

This isn't a question for the forums. This is more of a question to ask a friend who does these sort of things. 'Protection Stamps' do not have anything to do with Premium Features, or really any part of VR other than just something people do.
