The same can be said about Vampires but not nearly like in movies or TV but I have seen many documentaries and articles on them

Zombies do exist, but not in the sense of being truly dead. Real zombies are just living humans on a drug that makes them look dead. A simple Voodoo trick to scare the locals.

Low-dose tetrodotoxin exposure will slow down the metabolism to the point of near-death. From there, a steady exposure to hallucinogens and sedatives is used in combination with basic brainwashing techniques to create a "zombie".

Of course, if the drugs wear off...

Voodoo, witchcraft or toxin, the sense of the word zombie is said to be the effect of this, yet not dead like the movie portrayal. but mindless no doubt.

Yet I see the same effect on the drugs of today, when I leave work at 3 am and the "Zombies" all walking about enslaved by the drugs of todays society

I do believe they are real and i agree not in the form that is shown from movies and tv. I would love to see first hand.

Bath salts indeed, they caused more than a few to run around naked and eat people's faces.

@Vampyrian Very true. There are medical conditions (Allergy to the sun for example and chronic anemia.) that lay claim to an explanation for a Vampiric condition. The same can be said for Werewolves. The condition is labeled as Clinical lycanthropy and is defined as a rare psychiatric syndrome that involves a delusion that the affected person can transform into a wolf.~Mina

Sounds like the description of one plague or another, which were frequent in Biblical times.
...Then again, where I work, mindless zombies are everywhere.

To my perception, as a magick like voodoo yes very possible and probably deserving to a degree; as a weaponized plague manufactered by evil government or powerful corporation yes, but only during a recession when profit margins are low and can recover after all real-estate has been purchased dirt cheap; as a state of mind used to enslave masses by a few elite...:)

Sounds like a catatonic state whether mental illness or drug induced. @Dakotah, The plagues in the Bible are open to a wide interpretation. From radiation exposure to the plague etc.
