I don't entirely know how to start this, but if I know myself I will probably end up writing more than is wise. I have known I was different for a long time but at some point, I buried who I was for the sake of convenience. What I want and what I need became less important than making sure I was "normal".
I recently, with a bit of a push I admit, figured out that I need to find myself again.
**It has been approximately two years since I wrote that paragraph up there ^^. I realize now that I couldn't have been more right, for all the wrong reasons. In the last year I have come out as non-binary/Gender Fluid, and have become a trans rights activist in my area. **
I am a writer as well, not published or anything but someday I hope to publish a supernatural series about a race called the Asgina. Maybe I will put parts of scenes on here, it couldn't hurt to get more guidance, that's what I'm here for after all.
Oh, and as you can tell from the photos, I fire-dance. I spin Poi specifically, I also have glow poi. Once I get back into practice I will upload a video or Gif of me spinning, that would be cool.
Hello again, so I just wanted to put some more in here, a bit more about myself and what I have discovered/remembered on my little journey to find myself again! I had forgotten, that I love mystical images. I phrase it like that because the range is so wide! I recently remembered, thanks to someone here on VR (thank you!) that I used to own a huge collection of faerie images, and I don't mean pink and purple sparkly child fairies, I mean the Trudi Finch and Brian Froud stuff. Truly amazing art. Honestly, I don't know what my parents were thinking letting me own and sleep with some of them, as they could get really creepy... but yeah, anything from faeries to sprites, werewolves, and of course vampires. Always looking for stuff off the beaten path.
