Season 1 Episode 1 of the new Dracula series was g-mazing. I enjoyed every minute and looking forward to episode 2 :)

It's good to have new winter series around again. Can't wait for, Game of Thrones ( which they are filming at the moment) and Vikings to return to our screens also.

Standing for hours on end teaching class tomorrow. I was meant to be off, but Kevin fell sick and now I have to stand in for him. As my Da said, never ask anyone to do something you can't do yourself rings true.



Dreading it all the same... My legs get way too sore standing for so long.



Other news, well won a court case for a client. Now, that DID make me feel good!

British summertime finishes this Friday. Darn Ihate it when the light leaves us so early... It makes for a long day going to work in the dark, and finishing in the dark.



I have to go to Chester in England to work at the beginning of November :( ( too far) taking the ferry crossing so at least I can have my own car.. Better than renting one, but it's all good at .40p a mile. Thankyou British government, bring more miles on! I am driving down from Scotland lol instead of ferrying direct to Liverpool. That is payback for THAT assignment! as well as the additional daily fee for time *snerk* Don't think they will do that again! Smirk.

Thinking back to when we nearly lost mum to puemonia this time last year, and the improvement she has now made. She is now able to walk again on her own, eat solids, and has been on two vacations this year which is testament to the inner strength she has. That, her belief in God, the loving care of her family, the support of government provided Carer's four times a day has all prevented my mum from succumbing to death. We can count our blessings and be grateful for each day we have her.



Thanks to those few member's who keep asking about her health. It's truly appreciated.

Going to Venice, Italy for St Valentine's day 2014. Lovely surprise :! ! ! it must be Christmas or sumthing. Only for a short four day break though :). Now, too looking forward to my Halloween party...

I had a terrific holiday... It felt great to just chill for a week or so. Turkey was fabulous as was Greece, although they had restrictions on how many euros you could withdraw in a day from the atm. Maybe that was a good thing as everything was so expensive there. For example a glass of wine cost 8 euros! Well I am all greeced out now so, its back to porridge and a month full of audits and teaching.



Roll on Christmas time for the next rest period!
