Been pedalling life hard recently...Some sea, sand, and sun with lots of hot massages, and cocktails would be a real wonderful aphrodisiac for me right now.

Have friends staying over from England to help me celebrate my birthday on Saturday night. I am so excited! This afteenoon we are off to the spa or giants causeway (weather dependent) and tonight we are of to Firebox Grill in Donegal :) it feels so good ro be off work for a week!
