Gee.. Hasn't life just got busy. Chuckle..I think that could have something to do with my sponsored walk for Action Cancer during March, and getting my work all wound up prior to going to Malta. It will be easier to do 10,000 steps a day in warmer weather :) only 5c here.

I broke two toes the other day so I'm just gonna have to be content with long lays in on the weekends eating junk food and sitting around drinking coffee with my feet up telling people what to do through the week.... I have every faith in you bringing balance to the world though!!!

Just called into the Holiday Inn for a nightcap on our way back from the cinema. "The Great Wall' was one of the best movies I have seen in a long time! Amazing visual and sound effects. Well, it had me sitting on the edge of my seat!



Enjoying a wee glass of rose before bedtime at the Gresham. Hoping to get a 10,000 step walk in along the Liffey River before work tomorrow to burn off the extra calorie intake. And..well just because its the thing to do :)

I was totally gobsmacked watching the news yesterday and Mr Trump"s speech.. Like chin -dropped it was so extraordinary!



Here is an except from Sky News .. I think the analysts really pinheads it.



"Allen Frances wrote to The New York Times to say: "He may be a world-class narcissist, but this doesn't make him mentally ill.



"Mr. Trump causes severe distress rather than experiencing it and has been richly rewarded, rather than punished, for his grandiosity, self-absorption and lack of empathy.







He s referring to symptoms of NPD, so here they are: an exaggerated sense of self-importance, fantasies of success, power, brilliance or beauty, belief in being "special", requiring excessive admiration, a sense of entitlement, selfish in taking advantage of others, lacking empathy, envious of others, arrogant, haughty, patronising or contemptuous.

Every time I turn on the news lately, I think..oh dear God, what's next..

Billions, and Walking Dead back on our screens this month. Just how fabulous is that :) Now all we need is, Game of Thrones too!

I have got to the stage of voicing my opinion... all of the time. There is a way of voicing things in a non-offensive way, and its called skill. Some people have it..some do not.

Its been quite chaotic here of late, but a bit of good news.. Jonathan Rhys Myers will be appearing in Vikings Season 6. Good job, after the disappearance of some great actors!

Jonathan Rhy Myers has done some decent stuff, I was actually disappointed when his Dracula series got cancelled, it was nice to see an original take on the character.
