As I cut again and again

I let the blood flow

Trying my damnedest

To cleans my soul



As the blade slices the flesh

All I can think about is you

Wishing that I was wrong

And what she said wasn’t true



The life we had seemed perfect

I don’t understand what went wrong

No one else mattered

Our relationship felt so strong



Even after I saw you with her

I gave you the benefit of the doubt

A scandalous, hellish brand



Her rancid, rotting breathe

Will make you cower in fear

As she slithers near

When I meet you it all seemed grand

We seemed to fit into lives simple plan

As time went by you grew so cold

You seemed to change into a different man



You took advantage of my innocents

Thinking I was clay to mold

You seemed to think it as your right

To smack me down when I got to bold



No matter how hard I tried

I could do no right in your mind

After so many tears I cried

I found out it was myself I needed to find



I have to take back myself

Reclaim my name

Leave this hellish place

And flee from the pain



Constantly told that I’m nothing

Anger, mistrust, hate

I can’t take this shit no more

Can’t leave my soul in the hands of fate



In my dreams I can see

The way to escape from you

When you hurt and abuse

That is when I make my plans come true



With my powers anew

There will be no time to cry

Single tears won’t be shed

When I bleed your heart until its dry



As I turn, a glint from my eye

Shows the power within

I walk away and gently say

Alas I woke and understood

I packed my things and with a sigh

I walked out the door

Many people have heard it unfold

Yet many couldn’t survive the storm



We grow weary of this tale

The others came to fail

At least you’ll know what’s at store

With a cold dark heart

This child of the night

The only advice to give

Stay in the light

Because danger lurks

Casting the circle I step within

Waiting for the incantation to begin

Impatiently I light the candles

Knowing this task I can handle



I toss the components to and fro

Reciting the words well I know

Take the athame and cut my palm

Trying my hardest to keep myself calm



Asking for life without end

Wanting to make the world for me bend

Begging Dis Pater to hear my plea

Ignoring the voices trying to warn me



Wakening in a world unknown

So far a distance from home

Wiping at the tears that run down my face

I start to search this dark and desolate place



It seems the witchery that I brewed

Had me blind and confused

Eternal life isn’t what I thought it to be

I contemplate as I wonder in this abyss of memories



When I released the hands of fate

I became the one thing I hate

Yes the spell set me free

But this isn’t the place I wanted to be



Now my world is upside down

And no one that can help me have I found

I ignored the law of three

Not knowing were it would lead me
