What you need:



1) Potato

2) Knife



How to:

1) Prepare a santuary (anything quiet that allows you to concentrate)



2) Close your eyes (holding potato with both hands) and visualize the potato filling with a radious white light



3) Cut the potato in half



4) Hold potato half (either one) with both hands above your head



5) Chant: "I charge you as my healer. I charge you to heal any imperfections."



6) Rub the potato across any irritated skin



7) hold potato above you with both hands



8) Chant: "You are my healer. I vanquish any imperfections. You absorb all damage."



9) Give 24-48 hours





P.S. This spell worked for me. Therefore, if done right, it should work for you. Ever since I first used this spell, I get maybe one zit every three-six months.
