I got I.D'd today for Jackass 3.5- what the fuck?!?



Poor person got hell fired rained down on her. But in all fairness it was her own fault. Brief summary of arguement.



Shop Keeper: "Do you have any ID?"



Me: *stands up to full height (6'1)*



"Do I look like Im 17?"



SK: "Well, erm, its company policy."



ME: "Look, I dont have ID. Im 22. Im 23 in august. I was born in 1988, chinese year of the dragon, my mother was born in 1966 and she was 22 when she had me. My brother is 9 years younger than me and he is 13. I started high school in 2000 and left in 5th year which was May 2005 SHE *gesturing to friend who had also just purchased same dvd without getting ID'd* was in the year below me at school and she is 21- shes smaller than me, clearly looks younger than me yet you ID ME, instead of HER Now am I allowed to buy this DVD OR NOT?!"



*woman takes money and gives me DVD looking kind of stunned*



SK: "um....thank you"



ME: "Fuck you!"



So yes- admittedly I may have been a little harsh...but am sick to death of being ID'D. I never did when I was too young, now that Im old enough they start cracking down. Pisses me RIGHT off.
