POST COMMENT

So I'm going to start putting personal notes in the Stories section so the Personal Entry area can be kept for more "important" things.



I've been on Ambien for about 2 weeks now, it helps me sleep but thats about it. When I wake up I am still tired as hell. A large reason why that is, is because my dreams are very vivid and requires you to do a lot of work while your asleep lol.



I have an apt. with my Primary Care Dr. tomorrow at 1:30pm to talk about changing some of my more "secondary" medications and consolidating them if at all possible.



I am also going to demand something along the lines of Valium. I am to high strung a person with a ton going on in my life. Did you know it took over 2 years for me to finally get some adequate relief from my back pain? Well I'm not going to allow 2 years to pass for me to have a stress free life.



I live in a small condo, I have no pets a computer, TV and $4,000 in DVD's I don't leave my condo except for every 3-4 days when I go check the mail. Why, you ask? Because being around large groups of people make me very uncomfortable and I have on several occasions freaked the fuck out :)



It's not that they pose any harm to me it's just they have no value in my eyes. And being around them makes me wanna vomit.

I can be around large groups, in fact I love crowds but only if they are made up like minded people. You know a room full of neerds...I can handle that :)



So as I take my 3rd ambien for the night I wonder if I'll sleep before or after my appointment.
