I figured people wouldn't like my little "You Fail" stamp but I would think the reasons for giving it are obvious.

I gave it to an individual for having 5 posts RIA'd in just a few hours.

Heres the complete text of one of her threads:

I can understand having difficulty expressing things which is why you seek help before placing something up in the forum.

Forum integrity is the point.

I shouldn't have to understand all the facts when there were ways to avoid such a thing.

And since you have been on VR for a period of time you should already know these things.

Hope you have a great night/day :)

Seriously people get over it. You just annoy me and many others, I just happen to be crass enough to express it. I don't mind being the bad guy haha.

The main forum is a place of discussion not one liners. These people who don't add to the topic or post idiotic things are going to drive me to an early death (yes for some I know you'd like that) :P

Anyway I am going to join a few others in making my own "You Fail" stamp. If you have a history of not adding to the discussion, repeating threads or replies or anything else that goes against the spirit of VR, VR Manual and/or my article (shameless plug) will get a stamp.

But unlike others the stamp will accompany a rate of 8 or less, I don't care who you are. Remember this is only for those who make it a habit of being dipshits.

Do I have the right? Yep :)

If you want to rate me back an 8 or 1 or whatever I don't care, learn how to have a conversation and use more than 4 brain cells!

Why I like Christians! :) *offensive*

19:47 May 24 2008
Times Read: 1,017

"What the hell is wrong with Christians?!?" "They're sooo creepy and hypocritical."

Yay! I love it. It amazes me how the most ignorant people level the most scathing attacks on 2 billion people. Lets get a few facts straight first:

Christians didn't kill 6 million Jews.

Christians didn't burn witches.

Christians didn't sacrifice children.

Christians don't consider 6 month old children as "dispensable."

Who did all these things?? Pagans and atheists!

Hitler was not a Christian

Christians were witches originally (remember Rome)

Christians didn't uphold ~arbitrary~ abortion rights nor did we condone the actions of a 1000 cultures for 10,000 years who sacrificed kids.

Your seriously going to blame Christians for what ignorant groups of people did? Where does it say in the Bible to kill? When did Christ say to do anything violent?

If you want to play the blame game, or try and score against us evil "Jesus freaks" let's add up how much YOU gave.

Each YEAR Christians give over $1,000,000,000,000 in aid. Single ministries have given over $30 million dollars to defend Israel.

Christians ended slavery, Christians took the first steps to end war, Christians built and maintain some of the best health institutions in history, Christians wrote the Constitution...what have YOU done?

The Inquisition was committed by the same type of people as 9/11, you wanna call all Muslims evil people?

You ignorant fools! Have you ever actually read a history book? Do I have to recant the tales of Egyptian, Rome, Celtic.... warfare and ethics?

Yeah people have done a lot in the "name" of Christ but do you seriously think he condoned it?

Let he with no sin cast the first stone. Christians have only been around for 2,000 years..thats 10,000 years of human violence you can't blame on us. Grow a brain.

Are we perfect, no. But we sure as hell have done everything we can to try. I have not heard of a single pagan, "wiccan", atheist etc. call for a peaceful world with Christians. We have! Christians have done everything we can to apologize, make right and stop the insanity of the past. And yet your still wanting to blame us.

How about we think of the past 100 years. How many lives have we saved with our science, money, blood, sweat, tears and prayers? Compared to the hundreds of millions non-Christians have killed.

Africa..not our fault

Middle East..not our fault

Asia..not our fault

Perhaps I am a little touchy about the subject. But if theres one things I know, Christians are among the greatest people on Earth and if your to retarded to understand that then perhaps Spain was right!

Detractors need to remember that there is a difference between Christianity and human actions.

It's kind like the same thing as some Europeans screaming bloody murder about the evil nature of America.

Without America you'd all be speaking German and without the evil Christians you'd all be living under rocks.

Of course I'm not talking about everyone. I have a good many pagan friends and even incorporate pagan rituals into my Church services! But the ones I'm writing to, you know who you are.

And of course I'm not saying that I love everything about Church government, same as I don't love everything about the American government but if I had to choose between being some "dead Jew lover" and praying to a moon goddess..you bet I'd stick a nail through my hands.

Anyway thats my little steam blow off for the next few days :) Hope it was at least mildly entertaining..ciao!

People always find it easier to blame a religion or an ideology than blame a person for their own actions.

I think that religions are needed to give faith to the people and to also keep them in life, if it does achieve that goal then kuddos to it.

Big institutions always take the blame for the action of the odd few, it's sad but true. People are too quick to judge anyway.

I hope it helped to let off steam :)

The new changes that Cancer has made have gotten a lot of people upset and rather confused. I have an explanation for some of the count issues.

In the past if you posted in the Mascara Section and closed it yourself it would be RIP'd and would go towards your post count and status.

But with the new changes even if you have a thread/post thats has been RIP'd it still won't count towards your status unless it's in the Main Section, Event or Cruise Sections.

So all of your Mascara threads from times past will NOT count towards your status regardless of RIP. The same goes for threads in the Main section that were closed because of TOS violations or lack of discussions.

I hope that answers some questions :)

American Military Abilities

07:36 May 21 2008
Times Read: 1,051

There is a general rule of thumb when researching the capabilities of the US Military:

"They are generally 10-20 years ahead of civilian technology." This may be furthered understood by applying Moore's Law and substantiated with first hand accounts.

Currently the major "future" projects are directed energy weapons, high altitude air craft and defensive shielding for both land and man.

--We have in place a primitive version of a cloaking device for troops and even some law enforcement agencies are using them. The way they work is rather simple actually. The soldier puts on a vest with the front part of the vest covered in light emitting diodes. The back contains a computer and cameras. Once the computer has figured out the rear image it reproduces it on the front of the vest. They are functional up to some 25' away. Similar devices are used on some aircraft as well.

--Directed Energy Weapons or "Lasers" are a rather recent development and some basic tests have been done. However there are 2 main problems with it, 1) firing time and 2) size.

Currently they can only fire a single laser every 5-10 seconds and the size of these lasers make them impractical for small craft usage. We have in development however, a rapid fire, multi-directional laser system which takes up around 20% less space than the ones in use today. These lasers are capable of firing up to 50 miles away and heats the target to it's ignition/melting point.

--Nuclear Weapons. For more than 60 years we have relied on the ability to reign mass destruction down upon our enemies. During the Cold War the US had over 45,000 war-heads. Today the number is more like 15,000. Unlike the USSR/Russia we have the ability to carefully maintain our stockpile and protect the 5,000 +/- warheads en-rout to be destroyed. (FYI the active material in old warheads is used in some nuclear power plants and medical applications). The largest bases are in North Dakota, California, Washington, Alaska, Kentucky/Tennessee and Texas.

--With the aid of ion-technology we will soon have a military air-craft which is able to do combat/ observations at heights that place it under the ISS. These craft can go over Mach 10 and travel around the world many times without having to be refueled.

--Non Nuclear Weapons. For decades the key deterrent of a new world war or other superpower crisis has been the possible use of nuclear arms. However, with-in the past 15 years nuclear weapons have greatly fallen out of favour with the US Military. In part due to the extreme amount of collateral damage but also because they have been rendered all but obsolete. Our enhanced radar and guidance systems allow much smaller munitions to hit targets many miles away with an accuracy of less than a meter. This not only saves lives and infrastructure but also cost.

Apart from non-nuclear small munitions we have been developing both neutron bombs and EM devices.

While it has been common knowledge for quite some time the use and current status of these are not. At the onset of the War in Iraq, President Bush made the statement that we are more than capable of managing multiple military arenas. This wasn't Bush spouting "hot air" but is very true.

With our newest generation of EM devices we are capable of rendering enemy forces useless in a 2 mile radius and we have actually used small versions in combat already.

After the announcement of neutron weapons they quickly stifled research and allowed the stories to die down. In part because we were having several major issues with the management of the technology (similar to the "plasma canons") but also because the technology for these weapons is somewhat easy to duplicate. Although we have cut back on our research we have, none the less, continued it. As of today we the ability to produce fully functional neutron bombs (although none have been manufactured).

--Security has long been an area of intensive research especially with the advent of computers. Today we are able to monitor over a billion emails, phone conversations, text messages and other transmissions a DAY. With the use of semi-intelligent computer systems and the help of ally nations the matter of national security is a mute point. The biggest hindrance in the application of such systems is public outcry and privacy issues. The NSA and related organisations have been fighting to defend such misuse of technology for over 2 decades but thankfully have almost always lost.

I hope this interests some people and sparks a bit of conversation. None of the information is directly classified nor would I ever expose such things but it is always nice to talk about the possible things we "don't" have :)

I used to work in the Procurement side of the UK Defence department - it did surprise me at first just how long it takes to put together a major project. For example the new UK CVF Royal Navy aircraft carriers, HMS Queen Elizabeth and HMS Prince of Wales, are expected to enter service in 2014 and 2016. That project was in its infancy when I moved out of that department in 1998. That's c20 years to get them into service and then at least 20 years in service. The ship has to be still viable in a wartime situation 40-50 years after the initial stages!

It's amazing isn't it? Thats why I get annoyed when people complain about the cost of the Defense Departments. Over all it's several billion dollars for a single ship not to mention the costs for new fighter jet technologies etc.

It only lasted 45 minutes ( as opposed to more than an hour) because I had already done a lot of the work. The interviewer actually thanked me :)

Anyway she said that it wouldn't take that long for me to get approved and she had every confidence I would be. Of course I realize it could take longer and I may not get approved (for whatever reason) but the tone of it was all very positive.

Should I be approved I will be getting more than I thought along with insurance and a back settlement of 6 months or more, thanks to the nice lady :)

Angels

09:37 May 18 2008
Times Read: 1,100

This is the first and only time I've placed something written directly about me(from another person) in my journal. Many people call me a prick, arrogant and self-absorbed, perhaps I am a little. But if I were so terrible a person could someone write this out of the blue, with so much feeling?

By: Jennifer Jones

It's odd how, when you're at your lowest, angels come out of nowhere to

lift you up. Isn't it?

And they don't look the way you expect them to either. They defy all

convention and scatter preconceived notions like so much earth over a

grave, predictable in the fact that they revel in their unpredictability.

Neither ethereal nor otherworldly, their beauty is objective since

these angels aren't beautiful in the biblical sense and some of them

aren't even attractive. It's their charisma and ability to read those

around them, including you, like a book that makes them strangely

beautiful.

Old souls most of them are and they're often as cynical and jaded as

the people they feel the urge to protect and shelter but they do so

anyway for reasons known only to them. Perhaps they feel that by saving

someone else they can be purged of their own pasts? These are haunted and

haunting creatures but all too human in that they have their own

faults, weaknesses and desires.

I have such an angel. He stumbled unapologetically into my life

without so much as a damned feather to explain his uncanny knack for turning

my world upside down. With frightening precision, he swept through all

my defenses as if they were no more than cobwebs and knocked the

perception of everything I thought I knew helter skelter. Even years after

the fact I have yet to fully recover my equilibrium because he keeps

throwing new stuff at me all the time. I no longer mistake his trampling

on my beliefs for maliciousness, however, because he isn't.

I'd always been naive and far too trusting for my own good, constantly

horrifying and scaring him with the potentially dangerous situations

I'd blindly walk into without a second thought. No, it isn't safe to

walk home from work at 3am. No, I can't walk under a bridge after dark by

myself. No, I shouldn't accept offers from strangers to walk me home.

Before him, many had thought me fearless but the truth was that I was

just ignorant. Nothing had ever happened to me before so it hadn't

really occurred to me how reckless my behavior was. I suppose I warranted

a guardian angel. Between being robbed at the gas station I worked at

alone and my gallbladder rupturing because I was too stubborn to go to

the doctor, I'm sure I threw him for a loop too and probably gave him

several mini heartattacks.

Over the years, he's had to disabuse me of many of my notions and

assumptions and teach me a lot. People can't be trusted and men really are

after one thing. Losing a job isn't the end of the world. By

understanding the world around me while keeping myself aloof from it, I can rise

above the bulk of humanity and gain keen insights that everyone else

is too brainwashed to seek. Revenge and hate are petty things that only

drag you down and are pointless to pursue because whoever it's aimed

at will never understand and might not care. The best form of revenge

is to put the past behind you and live a happy life despite it or,

ideally, because of it. Experiences, good or bad, can enrich your life if

you let them. There are no coincidences. Finally, despite what's

supposedly politically correct, not all people are equal. In fact, most of

them aren't.

My life hasn't been a walk in the park but just by knowing him, I've

learned to turn hate and despair into passion and determination, fear

into knowledge of my fears and ignorance into wisdom. Just by being

around, he's made me a stronger and better person. He jerked me, scarred and

nearly broken, from the squalor that had been my life until that

point and opened my eyes to the fact that the world wasn't nearly so dismal

and hopeless as I saw it. If I'd just stand tall and realize my own

potential, I'd have the world at my disposal. I took his hand then,

years ago now, and have yet to look back.

He pieced me back together and filled a lot of the empty spaces in me.

Mentor. Brother. Confidante. Friend. I'd like to think that he's

learned from me as well and our time together but I don't know for sure

since he's much more tight-lipped with me than I am with him. There

are gaps in him as well that it's always come naturally to me to patch

up as best as I can. As odd as it sounds, I feel like his mother,

sister, pupil and child all at once and I've never minded a bit. I've

always been the protective type and one thing that hasn't changed and never

will is that, if I could, I'd heal the world. Our bond is hard to

explain, even to ourselves.

Whether an angel or not, he is a godsend and I hope I've answered his

prayers as well.

We all end up needing an Angel, a Saviour, someone to lean on when the going gets rough. Unfortunately when it gets rough too many times, people seem to fade away, slowly distant themselves because they can't see the end of it. It seems like you were helping her build herself up from scratch again and I can't imagine any other more beautiful gift to give to someone you love.

We all need someone strong in our lives to show us the way when we do wrong and tell us the truths that we so rarely bear to hear. She is blessed and you might just really be an Angel.

" You ever noticed when God needed to make an example of someone, Or when he needed someone to be punished or A killing done he sent an Angel? You ever wonder what a creature like that must be like, your entire existence spent worshiping your god, but always with one wing dipped in blood. Would you ever really want to meet and angel? No, no I dont think so."

This is hope sweet prince, the very essence of it.

Abaddon the Movie, Answering the Critics

17:47 May 11 2008
Times Read: 1,130

The following are samples taken from interviews about the film and it's disturbing nature.

Q. "You've been criticized by many Catholics for putting the Church in such a bad light. Doesn't it seem wrong to preach morality but at the same time alienate a billion Catholics?"

A. "First I'm not preaching anything all I'm doing is literally telling it like it is. The Church was founded for and only purpose, to serve Christ and spread his message, not to become a global power or set itself up as anything more than a group of Christian people and definitely not go around burning 100,00 "witches" or turning people away just because they're different.

If the Church didn't want to be criticized then it would take an actual active role in stopping priests from tea-bagging 12 year old boys, it wouldn't pander to the masses for the sake of political-correctness, it would actually do what Christ said to do "Spread My Gospel of Salvation through Redemption."

Now of course I don't think individual Catholics are bad, nor do I think every Church is running some scheme. The Catholics have done a heck of a lot for people but the Church in Rome has also been responsible for every single act of transgression it's leadership has made and they are responsible for the millions who have left the Church. In this case Rome has themselves to blame for this one."

Q. "Another issue people are having a problem with is the fact that one of your main characters is gay. Not only is he gay but he's one of the major good guys. How do you explain this?"

A. " I've been asked this many times and the simple fact of it is this " How dare you have the audacity to think that a person can't be Godly and gay." Look, this is 2008 and the main cast, of which there are 12, is very contemporary. Homosexuals have been around since the dawn of time, in most cultures they were accepted and in some even revered, it's only been a recent development that they become "sinners" or "just not natural."

In fact if you do your history right you'll discover that without us queers Western Civilization probably wouldn't be here.

But beyond the morality of it all theres a more logical reason for it. Gays and Lesbians make up at least 3% of the population, far more than the Jews and they're everywhere (I joke) it's about time the gay community had a serious role on the big screen. And not some fairy with body glitter but an intelligent, serious and leading part. Will & Grace just doesn't cut it, all though I do like the show."

Q. "This movie is supposed to let people understand the beauty of goodness. How does that enter into it when this will be, perhaps, the most violent film is history?"

A. " I love this question. The point of this thing is to answer once and for all the age old question "Are people born good or bad?" And the answer to that is almost always bad. There are some horrific events in the movie but almost none of them are "artistic license" they've been taken from actual events in the real world.

I am hoping that by showing the absolute worst with the best in human nature I can get people to understand that the vast majority of everything that goes wrong on this planet can be traced back to what we as individuals and societies do.

And I'm not talking about "save the whales" or "stop the American Empire" either. We all have a part to play and everything we do from taking a breath, to raising a good child, to killing your husband will all effect every last person on this planet in one way or another.

America, Russia, Germany, Israel, Iran, the UK, and even Canada (you get my point) has all commited terrible acts, no matter the intent. When we bombed Japan did that help end the war and save millions more lives? yes. But we also melted 100,000 people and left many more with years of cancer.

Now do I think there is a place for war, of course. But I also think it should be our absolute last option. WWII was good, not just because of the Jews (6 million of them died while 45million died to save 'em or as "collateral damage") but because if we didn't many more would have died and because you can't just get up and invade a sovereign country.

The next question becomes rather political at this point usually so I'll answer it before you ask it!

Do I think the Iraq War is justified? Hell no! Did we have a right to go into Afghanistan? Absolutely. The war on terror has cost us more lives than on 9/11 it has also drained our economy beyond the tipping point, not to mention the whole legality of the thing. To the guys in Washington I say "Grow a brain you retarded little fucks" and to the troops I say "God bless you all, you've always made us proud!"

Q. "With so many controversial aspects in your movie wont it be hard to make it a blockbuster?"

A. " If a person won't watch it because they have a weak constitution or because if they do then their 14 year old kid will want to by all means don't go see it. But if you won't because it may offend you or you disagree with the plot twists or because it may disturb you then you need to be forced to see it.

If having a moral center and exercising logic has become controversial then perhaps this film has come to late. If the real story here is offensive then maybe we should have eugenics laws.

We have plenty of "rainbows and puppy dogs" in our world now it's time to get offended. If you don't get offended then you won't wake up and see what an actual ass most of you are.

Killing is killing, rape is rape, murder is murder and death is final. The moment we start to question the legitimacy of life, be it in the womb or in a 90 year old patient with dementia is the moment we start becoming Hitler. Of course you have a right to choose, if you'd die in labor for example but if you don't want to have a baby because you got knocked up in the gym room or just because you didn't like the father, screw you. You made a life so who cares if your's is ruined.

Women have the right to choose abortion the same amount as husbands have a right to come home and beat their wife. If she's coming at you with a knife, stop her and if you were raped it's not your fault and it's ok.

As for being a blockbuster, I never expect it to happen. In fact if it did I'd be afraid people were watching it just to get off too, not to get disturbed."

Q. " Do you want it to be a lesson in ethics or good entertainment?"

A. "Can't it be both? You can have a "moral to the story" and still make great entertainment. I mean come on you've got a crazy Scottish dude and a hot Asian chick, not to mention violence and a few good jokes...whats more entertaining than that?"

Q. "You, as a writer, director and creative force have been seen to come off as "crass, arrogant and down right offensive. What do you have to say about that?"

A. " In all honesty I don't mean to come off like that, I'm not a "shock-jock". But I do intend on people understanding why I do what I do and I want them to actually learn something about themselves and of the amazingly great potential of them.

Of course I don't have the most gentle personality put I am passionate and in the end really pushing on behalf humanity. Thats really what this is all about, never mind morality and the benefits of religion all I want is for there to be a real future for us. Not one marked in charred earth but peace and prosperity. When human ingenuity and thought are free to express themselves as exploration of Mars, cures for Cancer, a Bridge across Gibraltar and yes even the occasional horror flick."

I hope you liked it :)

You responded very well, you are one of the few people that I ''know'' who has really understood religion, and this comes from an Agnostic!

Good luck with the project :)

New Project!!

I met with my creative assistant tonight to finish building the main characters of my new and 2nd movie (technically 3rd but we wont go there just yet)

Anyways my mind is flooded with so many ideas and I could just about cream myself for it.

We worked on the 12 main characters (yes 12..thats $3.6mill min in actor salary) and we figured out some issues I was having with story line transitions.

The film will be about 2.5-3 hours long, filmed in 6 countries and contains highly advanced special effects. The damn thing is going to cost some $80mil or more. I've got a few investors but this time I'm going to need an entire studio.

The basic idea of the film is thus:

Through our actions we seal our fate. Sounds cliche'd right? No, it will take a very gruesome look at the absolute horror humanity can create (if you think Saw, Faces of the Dead, Hills Have Eyes etc. are bad just wait).

Set in today's time the 12 main characters come from all parts of the globe and have a single thing in common (not going to say what) through a series of events they come together and try to figure out what exactly is going on.

Their full purpose is simple, work together to bring humanity from the brink, but one of them has a different idea.

No there isn't a happy ending, yes theres an Asian chick and her gay brother, we're using MAC not Microsoft as product placement, yes a young girl is killed, no London doesn't stop burning, yes you get to see a child in a microwave, yes theres a moral high ground, no we're not trying to save the environment and the US has limited screen time as it's mostly set between Europe and Israel.

I don't wanna say much more than that :)

Anyway I've gotta lot of work to do and if you'd be interested in becoming an investor let me know.

It will not be a nation wide release but it will be released internationally, selected US theaters and DVD/BluRay.

Why I Like Emos!

20:41 May 08 2008

Unlike a lot of people I actually like emos. Now how in hell could I, an intelligent and "real" person, like whiny conforming emo brats?

Simple Emo is a form of self expression the EXACT same as Goth, Gay, Right Wing, Terrorist, Animal Lovers, People who like the colour red and anything else you can think of.

EVERYONE conforms to some degree, thats the only way we can have societies, nations, VR and down the line.

Yes SOME emos can be annoying at times but so can you and even me :)

The reason you may not understand why a person is emo is the same reason your kid may not understand why you like Marvin Gaye.

With one breath a person says how they hate people who judge and are intolerant but with the other you say "Kill all Emos!"

To all you hypocritical emo haters *! you!!! The same goes to anyone who doesn't like a group of people just because they're different or you don't understand them.

Remember there is NO group without the INDIVIDUAL.

Love,

-X

P.S. Besides some of them boys are cute ;)

*applauds you*

I have made a similar entry just a few minutes ago.

I can't stand all of this people being anti-emo, it seems to me they are emos in denial, because if they really can't stand them, they can just ignore them, not talking about them all the time, it's like those who are always bashing gays, usually they are closet gays in denial.

Teenagers are just trying to find themselves, we all had teenage angst once, just because we are now over 20, it doesn't mean that we became gods.

Also I can't stand this emo calling everytime someone dislikes someone or something, like the word gay, I really can't stand these words used to offend, oh and don't dare to confess you have an issue and feel down, be ready to get called emo, people are so unoriginal!

I am glad there are people with brains, who realise that those who say they are open minded and mature in reality are hypocrates if all they do is just bashing other people's life style, is it really our business what others do? No so the bashing should be stopped.

Gah I am having teenage memories, when I was a teen the word goth was used instead of Emo. Emo bashing is just another stupid useless fad.

Time for a rant :)

There aren't many things that annoy me but something that does is masking ignorance by declaring "we can't know because don't know."

Let me give you some background. Say a thread was posted about religion and God or your having a conversation with some people about the function of the Universe.

You use science and logic in your replies and anything you don't know or understand you simply say you don't..or at least try to come up with something. The other person(s) refuses to admit they're wrong or they don't know or that they say they just don't want to believe something.

Anyway so in the end this person masks their ignorance (or stubborn stupidity) by trying to say your wrong or an idiot because "how can we know?", "the government lies to us so really your computer could be telling them you like to look at porn so why should we trust em to say Washington founded America", "were just stupid humans we can't know whats going on", "God doesn't exist because bad things happen and besides we are to small to matter..." you get the idea right?

This type of stuff makes me wish we had strong eugenics laws. For f*ing sake people stop being stubborn, stop being ignorant and if your to small to understand something then your to small to notice anyways!

I am one of the most understanding and forbearing people you'll ever meet. I try so hard to answer any question no matter how "dumb" or complicated and I try to do it in such a way as to educate everyone involved, including myself.

But I get so tired of people(s) being to lazy to defend their points of view or to retarded to admit fault. Hell I'd be happy if we were all adults and agreed to disagree but it's not about that is it? It's about the sky being blue and you saying "blue's only a name for all we know it's actually microwave."

There are only 3 topics that I run into these sort of scenarios with, politics, religion/philosophy and science. They say "Don't talk about (___) at the dinner table or on a date." but bloody hell people without a knowledge and WISDOM of all 3 you get things like Pres. Bush, the Holocaust , WWII and even things like anti-emo or anti-goth...crap.

Without those 3 subjects we'd still be living in caves.

Grow a brain or exercise your right to pull the trigger.

Think about it.

As many of you know I take a small pharmacy of pills each day and thankfully I have very few side effects.

One drug I take is a form of steroid and it's used for my heart.

A few days ago I went walking in the rain for maybe 30 min. I had a very enjoyable time but by Sat. I began to get a sore throat. By Sun. my throat was doing much better but Sun. night my left ear began to hurt, a lot.

So Monday I go to the doctor and discover that I have a huge ear infection and now I'm on a nice number of antibiotics for the next week. I don't feel all that bad but I can't hear out of my left ear now lol.

I was a bit curious as to how I got an ear infection. My immune system has always been top notch and I take personal hygiene very seriously (duh I'm a homo haha).

I did some thinking, consulted with a doctor and found my answer, which to me at least, should have been very obvious. Steroids lower your immune response and strength. Leave it to me to take a drug for health and have it make me sick lol.

Anyway thats whats been going on lately...woot!
