This is actually a scientific truth as well as a good quote of mine :)

However it is only true in the third dimension.



All you see in the Universe is comprised of only 10% actual matter, the rest is simply empty space. A solid object is solid however because the electron fields repel other electron fields thus keeping you from falling through your chair.



Now this 10% of matter is created by countless quantum fields of energy and particles that are created by even more countless random particles, popping in and out of existance at the moment of creation.



From that we see that the moment of actual existance, the moment of the present lasts for only trillionths of a second, thus moving faster than the speed of thought.
