The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

So I'm seriously thinking about registering with the volunteers of Louisiana to help clean up the oil spill. Today is the day that will be reaching our wetlands. I'm also hoping to convince my dad to help too, since he has a boat he could be of even more use.

The more I think about the spill the more pissed I get. This going to fuck up our seafood for years down the road. Not mention that the area of the spill with the only spot that the blue tip tuna fish spawn in the western hemisphere and what do ya know, its the middle of there spawning season. In case your wondering what blue tip tuna is, it's the tuna that is mostly used here.

So my three yr old son has been having this growing obsession over ghost over the past 8 months or so. It's gotten to the point that it's really fucking with at night, not an actually ghost but the thought of one. So tonight I put him to bed and 20 mins later he comes in my room and says the ghost are back in his room. Now I've tried explaining that theres nothing there but in his 3yr old mind im just full of crap, so i decided to take a different approach to it tonight. I put him back in bed and tucked him in and then told him I'd be right back, I came back with a white lit candle and said "Okay JuJu, I'm going to do a magic trick that's going to make the ghost go away for good, are you ready, pay attention now." So I took the candle and while walking around the while room moving it in a nonsence pattern of cricles and what not I said "Hocas pocas, abra cadabra, bipity bopity BOO!!!!!" "There now I scared the ghosts away and that magic trip will keep the ghost out for the rest of your life!"

I figured when reasoning doesn't work, then get on his level. Now I have no clue this 'trick' will last, for all I know we might go through the whole thing again tomorrow night but hey, he did go to sleep without any complaints tonight so I figure it must have done some kind of good. = )

Usually my JuJu wakes me up every morning by climbing into my bed and watching transformers (old school) for a while. This morning I decided to change the routine. I set my alarm to wake up first and because I did this I got to watch the sun come up and kiss away every shadow in my garden. Combine that with coffee, the scent of morning dew, and total peace and quiet, it made the perfect recipe for a perfect morning. I think today is going to be a good one. = )

So I always wanted to write a book. I knew I was good at writing and did it often in my spare time but I could never figure out what I would write about or even how to start writing a book. So the other night I'm sitting and thinking about this and figure all I can do is sit down and see what may come. Well go figure, it just flowing. It's very rough and will need some serious editing but I think I may be on to something here. I very happy with it and am seriously thinking about trying to publish it when it's done. Of course it has a very long ways to good, if I really go all the way through with this and something actually comes out of it then it will be made into a series. The best way to describe it is if you were to take the anita blake, merideth guidry, sleeping beauty serious and throw them all in together. It's definitetly not meant for children, I'm thinking it will be geared mostly towards young adults.
