It's been a busy year for me. As of today I have lost 75 lbs. , I jog 5 miles 5 days a week, lift weights and eat healthy. I feel so much better! I have about 15 more to hit my goal weight. My diabetes and high blood pressure are under control and my metabolic syndrome is too.
The best part about all this (besides my health), is .............SHOPPING!! LOL I had to buy a whole new wardrobe, darn. Hehe.

Awesome!!! I couldn't help but pop in here and read this. I lost 60lbs last year. It feels so good, doesn't it!? Congratulations! :)
