Giant suckage. We leave to see Jeff Dunham in the morning and it is scheduled to rain, hard, just like today. No biggie but it is in an outdoor venue. Looks like we are shopping for ponchos.
Poor Pinja shall be inundated with hordes of the female gender tonight as we bitches are getting together for a BBQ at our place today. There shall be plenty of drink and tongues awagging. Might even use the fire pit to make smores tonight.
Is it beer thirty yet?
My son Justin has his first piano recital today, so proud of him! It would be nice if he looked at it as more than just something to do, it's not a passion for him but he has such a raw natural talent for music. He also plays the violin, mandarin and guitar.
He started Karate a few months ago and really loves that and just received his yellow belt. I think he might be in it for the long haul.
He fishes and hunts as well. I just want to keep him busy in positive activities, maybe it will help him steer clear of all the bad stuff out there.
Can't wait to hear him play :D

Seems like a sound plan to me!
It's great that he has so many interests.
I had a lot of natural talent as a kid myself...I was in choir and vocal lessons from a young age, but got burned out on that. When I picked up guitar when I was 12, I loved it because I could play whatever music I was into. Which was a lot of MCR. a LOT of it. His passion, whatever it is, will take him far.
Most people with a natural talent for music eventually discover that they do have a passion for music, sometimes it's just later in life, then they pick up an instrument. That's what happened with Stephen.
